When you scan the bar code, you are taken to shop and then have to buy something and put in code for free tutorial? Weird. I could never load it, so I don't know how to correctly use. bummer.”

“Did not like it at all, sound whistled when exhaling through it, it clinked against my teeth and the clasp that allows it to be put on the necklace gets in the way. Why have it right where your lips are supposed to touch? Reached out to customer service and received unhelpful and generic responses, not easy to return.”
“The value is poor. And the chain appears more sturdy than it really is. I was told to just get a different chain . And more on how to use it for anxiety. Poor customer service gave me anxiety. No Thank you. I can find much better. Returned one month ago ( my cost) proof delivered. And still no refund.”

“I'm hoping the komuso shift is effective for others, but it honestly hasn't helped me. It feels restrictive to me. I actually find more of a benefit from just breathing that same way without it... the long exhale. I visualize all the stress leaving me, and I feel better afterwards. Yoga also helps me way more. So at least for me, the product was a waste, but I hope it works well for others!”
“I had high hopes when I made my first order. The shipping was so long I was afraid this was a scam. Even after reaching out to customer service for help and they told me it would be expedited in a few days, it was weeks after.
I was also sent a code to purchase a breathing class for free, that code did not work and I have not heard back from my inquiry to customer service on that issue.
All and all, pretty disappointing experience.”
“Initially, I thought - what an interesting idea the Komuso is. It's a reminder to breathe and it offers a more beneficial way to breathe. I don't enjoy wearing it, even though it's attractive. It is heavy. It was a total waste of money.”
“Possibly the worst customer service. I emailed three times about an order that was confirmed and listed as in-stock. Almost a month went by with no communication and then finally when I responded to a marketing email I was told the product was out of stock and all emails are responded to within 48 hours. I sent a screenshot of the three emails from my sent box over the last three weeks and was still told they had no record of them. Finally a refund was generated for a product never received.”
“I ordered and paid extra for the 25” silver box chain, and was sent two of the 27” ball chains that look like they are for dog tags instead. Extremely disappointed.”
