“I had high hopes when I made my first order. The shipping was so long I was afraid this was a scam. Even after reaching out to customer service for help and they told me it would be expedited in a few days, it was weeks after.
I was also sent a code to purchase a breathing class for free, that code did not work and I have not heard back from my inquiry to customer service on that issue.
All and all, pretty disappointing experience.”
“Initially, I thought - what an interesting idea the Komuso is. It's a reminder to breathe and it offers a more beneficial way to breathe. I don't enjoy wearing it, even though it's attractive. It is heavy. It was a total waste of money.”
“Possibly the worst customer service. I emailed three times about an order that was confirmed and listed as in-stock. Almost a month went by with no communication and then finally when I responded to a marketing email I was told the product was out of stock and all emails are responded to within 48 hours. I sent a screenshot of the three emails from my sent box over the last three weeks and was still told they had no record of them. Finally a refund was generated for a product never received.”
“I ordered and paid extra for the 25” silver box chain, and was sent two of the 27” ball chains that look like they are for dog tags instead. Extremely disappointed.”

“I have received the product after 20 days and now am travelling, when I have sent an email they are asking me to reship the product to that address and asking me to bear the shipping costs not even giving a shipping label so that I could ship the product, customer service is not good, I can't review on the product since I haven't used it.”

“It’s pretty but when you exhale through it (doesn’t matter the intensity of the breath) there’s a whispy whistle sound. I tried a few different ways to place my lips/mouth on it but I have to actually think about the placement before I exhale to avoid the sound. It just doesn’t work the way I thought it would, in that I thought I would be having it around my neck and exhaling into it whenever I want. I’m going to return mine and it’s really frustrating that the cleaning kit can’t be returned even if it’s unopened. I really thought it was going to work but the whistling is annoying and even my dog is annoyed.”
