“It’s pretty but when you exhale through it (doesn’t matter the intensity of the breath) there’s a whispy whistle sound. I tried a few different ways to place my lips/mouth on it but I have to actually think about the placement before I exhale to avoid the sound. It just doesn’t work the way I thought it would, in that I thought I would be having it around my neck and exhaling into it whenever I want. I’m going to return mine and it’s really frustrating that the cleaning kit can’t be returned even if it’s unopened. I really thought it was going to work but the whistling is annoying and even my dog is annoyed.”

The second was to tell you that I want to return the shift. I have yet to receive a response to either one.”
“I am in the process of quit smoking and the concept of the Komuso sounded perfect. A healthy replacement to a bad vice and it helps you relieve anxiety. Perfect! I However I find there is no resistance when you breathe through the device. It’s like just taking a normal breath with or without the Komuso. I was very much looking forward to the benefits of the Komuso so I am disappointed it didn’t work out.”
“I ordered the bracelet and it’s beautiful! Unfortunately I have to send it back because it’s too small 😞 it would be great if you could make a larger version. If in the future you do I will definitely reorder”
“I believe in order for the proper release of any negativity or stress there should be a pressure to the piece that you’re selling. A pressure mechanism to make it feel as if you’re blowing into something making it a little more difficult and something for your neck and throat muscles to not strain to achieve but to push to achieve to have that sense of relief when done.”
“I purchased item and ou auto populated another delivery address. We contacted you at once. You said you would correct it. You did not. So it was returned to you. The delivery address is the same as my mailing address. You state that the item has been delivered and it has NOT.”
