Maybe I read the advertisement wrong, but I was under the impression that it came with a program for smokers wanting to quit. While it might be useful for reducing stress, I don’t see how it would help you quit smoking. I expected a detailed explanation about steps to take to reduce and quit smoking. I wish I could get my money back.”
