“I’m very disappointed with this. I bought the devices to help myself and a friend quit smoking and there’s nothing in the program that explains how to use it for quitting. Maybe I read the advertisement wrong, but I was under the impression that it came with a program for smokers wanting to quit. While it might be useful for reducing stress, I don’t see how it would help you quit smoking. I expected a detailed explanation about steps to take to reduce and quit smoking. I wish I could get my money back.”
“So far I am relatively satisfied wtih the item overall. I am trying to quit nicotine soon, and I do agree that this jewelry helps me maintain more even, calming breathing when I use it. However, I do not know if I can say that it is reducing my cravings so far. I think that it looks great, the quality is high, and it will last for as long as I can imagine, frankly. I will not be returning it and look forward to breathing more, and more deeply. I bumped up my review from a 3 to a 4 because the product does a really good job at what it is designed to do. I wish I got the gold one, honestly.”
“Loving my Komuso! I have found a pleasant habit of breathing through the Komuso for 10 minutes after exercise and while at stop lights. I have noticed an extended well being through out the day.”
“One of the worst experiences I’ve had recently ordered two I received my package empty when I reached out to customer service I basically told too bad. Very disappointed.”
“I suffer with anxiety and vaping 24-7. After watching videos and doing my own research, I decided to give this a shot. Thinking it wouldn't work, boy was I wrong. It is amazing and definitely helps with anxiety and also is helping to quit vaping because my biggest struggle was the hand to mouth motion. It has already helped so much”
“The design of the Komuso is so well thought out. Just heavy enough to provide a feeling of physical security, yet light enough to be comfortable to wear even while being active. The Japanese writing is a beautiful addition to the style and beauty of the shift. It says " be still" in Japanese. A great reminder to stay present.”
“I am impressed with the look of this , I like that it looks like a pretty necklace and not some device.
I have been confused how to use it. Does the angled end point down towards my tongue or up towards the roof of my mouth or does it matter?”
Hi Anita! Thanks for the review and feedback! The Shift was designed with an angled edge as an inspiration element from the shakuhachi flute of the Komuso monks from 17th century Japan. You can use the edge in whichever manner feels most comfortable. Wishing you many calm breaths!
