“The tube is OK, although I expected it to have a little more resistance. The chain was a complete waste of money. After looking at it, I put it back in the pouch and when I pulled it out again, it was in knots that took me 15 minutes to untangle.”
“Not for me. I saw a misleading ad that had me believing there was some sort of resistance when you breathe through it to stimulate drawing in a value or cigarette. When i got it and read the Instructions, I saw it was just got calming breathing. Might be great for some but was a huge waste of money for me.”
“I bought this to help stop smoking. The design is well done but from a smoker's point of view, having a restriction on inhaling is the habit I am trying to beat and this doesn't have that option. I try and place my finger to help create the needed resistance. All in all a good product that may work great for stress and stuff but needs a bit of work or a dedicated smoking version maybe”

“I like aesthetic design and the quality of jewelry. I am a swimmer, and struggle with anxiety. It has helped me especially at bedtime when I’m trying to settle down, as well as before swim practice to remind myself to regulate my breathing in the water. I do a lot of yoga and I look forward to taking it to the studio to use it during my breathing exercises. Very happy to have a beautiful tool always at my disposal.”
