“.I am new customer but is not so thrilled by this line. I was hoping it would deliver especially after so many reviews and the price too is high but I figured its okay to spend on products that work. Not so satisfied. Will continue to use to see if it works but I do not think I will repurchase.”

“It was a bit thick and didn’t seem like it had enough nutrients. When it dries it just dried and that was it. It wasn’t bad. I wish it had a little more moisture/oil so it would cling on for more than ten minutes after application. And if there was it wouldn’t be so thick and hard to spread on face.”

“I put this product on after my targeted serums and before applying my moisturizing SPF. It feels good on my skin but I notice no difference or glow so I won’t buy it again. The ingredients are great but it doesn’t make my skin pop.”

“In general the product seems to be good. They just need to work a little better on the ingredients because if they promote a product saying that it has something and they don’t really added to the product it’s a little disappointing to read the ingredients list.”

“I like the product. But really disappointed with the bottle, the second time I trying to get product from the bottle the bottom got opened in I losses more than a half of the product. I hope you can replace it.”

“Kora is starting to become famous for its consistently terrible customer service. The packages are a hit or a miss and I’ve had broken glass bottles, missing items or defective products. It definitely feels like playing Russian Roulette when ordering directly from Kora. I have been disappointed overall and have yet to see improvement with this brand. The video tutorials are also getting super repetitive and boring. Customers want to see more relatable content and learn new information not things they already know, especially loyal customers. Also, the pricing I feel needs work as well. This company might need an experienced CEO with the proper background and education to really help make this brand a reputable one as I humbly believe it needs a lot of work to be done in many areas.”

“Meh, I was not too impressed with this product. I have normal to dry, adult acne-prone skin with minimal breakouts. I can say that I definitely did not have any adverse reactions, which is good; however, this was comparable to a drugstore cleanser (i.e. Cetaphil, CeraVe). Save your money! Also, the smell......ugh. It has a "plastic" smell that made me react every time I used it.”

“A nice cream, good ingredients but for winter it seems to not do anything. I feel if you are in an industry where frequent hand washing, glove wearing is necessary, like food service or nurse this doesn't seem to cut it especially for the price. Got during BF would not pay full price for this. Maybe will be best in spring and summer.”

“I have bought noni sleeping mask, turmeric mask, eye oil and vitamin c serum and some smaller products like small cleaners, body oil in 2020. However I had an issue with my noni oil. The oil was not being dispensed properly and I emailed the customer service team number of times. I never heard back from them. I finally had to transfer my eye oil to another container without the applicator and lost some in the process. I just wish they would have addressed my concerns instead as I have been a lomg time customer.”

“Product itself is made with quality ingredients. My only complaint is the scent of the hand lotion & hand wash. It’s a bit overpowering for me.”
