“I thought these were professionals! Had an alteration done, they used different colour thread to the material and the stitching is awful! It’s already snagging! What an absolute waste of money!”

“The handle on my expensive Swiss suitcase was broken by baggage handlers in Greece.KPA have done a brilliant job in reattaching the handle to the case so you hardly notice it was ever broken in the first place.All done with courtesy,speed and at a very reasonable price.Would thoroughly recommend to anyone facing a similar problem.Thank you KPA!”

“Simply the Best!!! I have had a broken handle on my carry on case since December 2020. I felt I could repair it myself so contacted the manufacturer and they could not help because they could not get the parts for my model. I contacted many repair companies and none could help. KPA was the only company who asked me to bring in the case so they could take look at it and then they would tell me if they could fix it or not. I took it in and was asked to leave it and I would receive a call in few days I wasn’t confident but was hopeful. Well three days later I receive a call telling that my case was repaired and ready for collection. The gentleman who repair it is performed the perfect job and I am soooooooo happy with my case which will last many years to come. Well Dine KPA, you are the BEST!!!!”

“Excellent service and repair at KPA. . Thrilled with the repair to my suitcase which was carried out promptly and professionally . From the moment you walk into the shop, you are greeted warmly . The male member of staff didn't even let me explain why I was delayed to collect my item, and went off on a tirade. Having looked through the negative reviews of this shop in Google, it's quite clear that this man has an anger problem and no concept of what customer service is. This isn't a one off occurance, and there seems to be a pattern here - look through the reviews yourself. AVOID THIS PLACE! It's a shame because the lady was the complete opposite, and was very nice upon drop off. I can't comment on the repair work as I only collected the item today. “We used KPA to repair the wheels of 2 Wenger cabin Luggage. This is a unique services so we were happy to find KPA. They carried out a wonderful job and prolonged the life of these bags which would have ended up in landfill. As we live in Suffolk, Ajit and Pardi were also so helpful with shipping these cases to and from their shop. I highly recommend KPA!”

“The owner is the only person competent enough and willing to change the wheel on ANY suitcase. I bought a Paul Costelloe suitcase last year but even their luggage department declined to fix this particular suitcase or advise on what I could do to get a replacement spinner wheel. I travelled from East Kent today specifically, after exhausting all other options. The owner agreed to fix it within the day if I got there early. I arrived later than anticipated but it was fixed within 2 hours. Now that I trust him I would be willing to use a courier service next time. He replaces the wheel rather than the original spinner bit, if like me, only the rubber has ripped off the wheel. I will be recommending him. He takes the time to be friendly even though he is very busy.”

“I needed my Samsonite zip fixed as it had ripped awkwardly , few people told me it couldn't be done but after speaking to KPA, they advised I send some pictures and they managed to fix it, really pleased about this”

“I have had several pairs of shoes repaired - all to a very high level of craftsmanship. I just had the wheels replaced on a suitcase and the result is better than when it was new. A highly recommended craftsman.”

“Great service. Had scratches on heels of my new Jimmy Choo sandals. As shoes are made of soft lather that was lacking on both heels, I wasn’t sure if it’s possible to repair them without leaving a mark. When I came to collect the shoes I was really nicely surprised that they looked like brand new and marks on heels were almost invisible”

“They were courteous and very helpful. Had an Armani bag where the handles had come off. I sent them an email when I was in the United States and they requested pictures of it, which i sent them. They were prompt in getting back to me and when I came to London I went to their shop. They looked at the damage and were able to fix it. Excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on expensive bags or shoes.”
