“I have a Radley bag which needed new straps. (I had contacted Radley who do not do repairs although they suggested somebody who did do repairs for them.) The existing ones due to old age had disintegrated. I loved my bag and found it very useful. KPA Shoe Repairs have made an excellent job of replacing the straps with leather and I am very pleased with it. I have used it already. Should the need arise, I will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you.”

“KPA have replaced a broken runner in my wallet’s zip. First class service and a very nice experience dealing with Pardi. Pardi was very communicative via email and lovely to deal with in person. The repair was quick and at a very reasonable price. I’m very happy and will come back with any future repairs.”

“I have been using KPA Shoe Repairs & Services for 30 Years approx. What I can say for sure, is that the service provided has been excellent on each and every occasion. “Needed the wheels on my leather suit carrier and a couple zips to be repaired. Couldn't find anywhere to get it fixed. Even the bags' manufacturer doesn't do repairs anymore! But the bag has been all around the world with me for many years and I didn't want to part with it. I spoke to Ajit, described the problems and was invited to drop the bag off. In days I was quoted a very reasonable price for the repairs and a couple days after that I picked the bag up, good as new. The fast turnaround was quite surprising, considering how busy the shop is. I am so thoroughly impressed by their "old school" notion of pride in the work they do, the ingenuity of repairing my carrier despite some parts being unavailable and the marvelously pleasant yet professional service I was afforded. Most of all, I was gratified by Ajit's belief that in this throwaway society which we now live, it's still worth repairing the things that we value; they're unbelievably good at it there and 5 stars just aren't enough. I recommend KPA very highly and will be returning to get some shoes done!”

“It is extremely difficult to find skilled specialist repair services that are prepared to replace the main zip in a leather wheelie case. The first replacement was by the brand which was expensive and poor. It did not last long. The next was my first contact with KPA, and was a job well done with appreciation (even love) for the quality carry-on suitcase. So when the rivet from one of the handles popped out, the 160 mile round trip to get it reliably fixed was justified. Another quality repair has been completed and at a fair price. I cannot overstate my recommendation for this company.”

“Thank you so much for replacing a suitcase wheel, at a very reasonable price, especially as the wheel was not a standard size and the case came from Germany. I was kept informed and the service was friendly and efficient. Certainly would recommend and would re-use despite not living locally. Thank you.”

“The handle on my expensive Swiss suitcase was broken by baggage handlers in Greece.KPA have done a brilliant job in reattaching the handle to the case so you hardly notice it was ever broken in the first place.All done with courtesy,speed and at a very reasonable price.Would thoroughly recommend to anyone facing a similar problem.Thank you KPA!”

“Simply the Best!!! I have had a broken handle on my carry on case since December 2020. I felt I could repair it myself so contacted the manufacturer and they could not help because they could not get the parts for my model. I contacted many repair companies and none could help. KPA was the only company who asked me to bring in the case so they could take look at it and then they would tell me if they could fix it or not. I took it in and was asked to leave it and I would receive a call in few days I wasn’t confident but was hopeful. Well three days later I receive a call telling that my case was repaired and ready for collection. The gentleman who repair it is performed the perfect job and I am soooooooo happy with my case which will last many years to come. Well Dine KPA, you are the BEST!!!!”

“We used KPA to repair the wheels of 2 Wenger cabin Luggage. This is a unique services so we were happy to find KPA. They carried out a wonderful job and prolonged the life of these bags which would have ended up in landfill. As we live in Suffolk, Ajit and Pardi were also so helpful with shipping these cases to and from their shop. I highly recommend KPA!”

“The owner is the only person competent enough and willing to change the wheel on ANY suitcase. I bought a Paul Costelloe suitcase last year but even their luggage department declined to fix this particular suitcase or advise on what I could do to get a replacement spinner wheel. I travelled from East Kent today specifically, after exhausting all other options. The owner agreed to fix it within the day if I got there early. I arrived later than anticipated but it was fixed within 2 hours. Now that I trust him I would be willing to use a courier service next time. He replaces the wheel rather than the original spinner bit, if like me, only the rubber has ripped off the wheel. I will be recommending him. He takes the time to be friendly even though he is very busy.”
