“I used Kraken to convert CHF Swiss Franks to crypto because of it being 4 times less expensive then using other exchanges where I would need to pay my bank fort 1% to change my CHF to Euros or dollars then send the dollars to other exchanges and convert them there into crypto quantity. And out of the blue Kraken just closed my account, won't let me login to check of I still have leftover quantity and also won't let me appeal. Doest give a reason to why the account was closed. Even better still sends automatic marketing emails for me to come back since I haven't logged in for a while.”

“I got my account set up which took way too long. Finally deposited funds into Kraken VIA ACH and the funds hit within 24 hours as expected by Kraken kept them locked up for 5 more days. Ridiculous move btw. So I did a Federal Wire which included my customer ID per their instructions and after my funds not showing up for nearly 24 hours I inquired as to what was wrong with their poorly trained customer service. After nearly 8 more hours they sent me an email stating they were returning my wire to my bank and they were shutting down my account within 72 hours with not reason as to why. LOL seriously? Choose COINBASE or any other crypto site.”

“Appalling customer service! For your own sake please be aware of the terrible experiences other people are having with this company before opening an account or dealing with them. Your money is at risk Got an email from them late on 26Dec saying change your password which i tried to do withing an hour, i couldnt do this as the reset sends a message to my hotmail account which appeared had been hacked (reset this within an hour ) Called the helpline, waiting 30-40 minutes for someone to answer. Got a ticket (11439042) raised and an email confirmation sent. Told my account would be frozen until the security side was resolved. Not had any communication from them on the subject despite the fraudulent nature of the breach and it it now 13 days and counting with no response despite 4 calls to the helpline number and 6 chaser emails. Phone help said they couldnt help, advise, or offer any update on the issue and that i would have to wait for the email response I have thousands of dollars at risk here with zero response from Kraken , appalling customer service at the very minimum people say cryptocurrency is the wildwest but i genuinely thought this company seemed better than the other cowboys but it appears not Be very aware of your risks. Other exchange are available to use beyond Kraken ticket 11439042 still waiting for any kind of response nearly a month later Jan 18”

“No doubt, 2023 has been so bearish for the entire cryptocurrency asset and there is always a room for Market Correction and the leading crypto asset BITCOIN is not left out of this short term Correction. With the Short Term Correction, a lot of investors/traders are confused on what to do, if they are to sell, hold or buy while some investors/traders want the price of the market to go down more than this so they can buy, save and sell when the price goes up. All i can say is that you traders/investors should not worry or follow the price of the market as you can make profit even in the bear market like i have been doing with a trader Mr Dunn . “Even though the amount that I lost was not very huge, 360forensic.com help me recover it. In about 3 months after signing up with them, my recovered amount was transferred to my bank account. Also, the bunch of scammers were brought to justice. Very much satisfied with their service.”

“Total waste of time, I was told withdrawal is instant or will be received next day before i joined, But withdrawal was never approved for 11 weeks. I'm glad “airpanellux” could use their tech skills for my refund”

“I strongly advise against using their services as my experience with them was terrible. Despite depositing funds and providing confirmation, they abruptly cancelled my account without any explanation, leaving the funds trapped in the account. Even after receiving letters asking me to withdraw within 24 hours, the withdrawal process was painfully slow. It seemed like the company had no regard for their clients and their needs.However, I was able to recover my lost funds through the help of Phil Damian 15via gma1l^com , who provided exceptional support and assistance in finding the scammers and retrieving my assets without any upfront payment. “They are swindlers. I chose one of their investment plans and made a deposit immediately. When it was time to make a withdrawal, I was denied. I contacted their support and they told me to make extra deposit to move me to another plan which will enable me to withdraw my fund. But this was not the agreement at the beginning. When they insisted on not paying back, I had to employ the Service of Stellar-trace. com. The company got back my funds from them. “Beware of this exchange. Once you put your money in, you cannot get it back. I deposited a huge amount of money on thier platform, and later my money disappeared for no reason. They have the worst customer service and their support is not helpful at all. They kept telling me they were working on it, but the problem remained unresolved. Luckily, with the help of a recovery agency called aramezglobal.com, I was able to get my money back from kraken.”

“Kraken has long been a scam. They died down the exchange in December 2016 yet... . Since 2016, they’ve stolen millions. This scheme is long-standing you might as well want to say bye to your funds or you can get help from @VeritasEtVirtus via TELEGRAM to regain your crypto with no hitch. Use only the decentralized exchanges, Binance for example. They have the biggest volumes and withdraw limit to 2 BTC within 24 hours without verification....”

“They have a complete scheme to rip innocent people off thin hard earned cash as I have invested in all these trading platforms, but nothing fruitful came out of it instead of asking for more funds to be invested, after several schemes had failed to make Mae deposit more, they decided to lock me out of my accounts without reasonable explanations, had to take matters into my own hands as my financial matters To help me recover my funds, I contacted a recovery company Cryptodefence, it took me less than a month to get it all back, but I'm very happy I could get the assistance I needed, contact Cryptodefence via proton mail.”

“One of the prerequisites of finding investing platforms is not only the transparency but the users in general - and thus, the exclusivity - I have yet to reach out to the support who didn't reply within a few hours and get my issue solved. Prior to joining Cryptonest, I had such a bad taste in my dealings with Cryptocurrency from other mediums; this platform really changed the way I perceive investing in cryptocurrency mining and trading, and if anything, it gave me the confidence to speak with people that I otherwise would have assumed would've never responded - much less act like as an open book and offer a lending hand - you just don't get that anywhere else, not even close. If we have people with that investing drive during this recession and COVID-19 plague that has reduced cashflow for every business. Do well to check out CRYPTONEST.ORG”

“I made a SEPA transfer almost 3 months ago to an account in this exchange and the money is not there. The support told me that they can not see any transfer and this is a problem between banks. Then I asked my bank to make a roll back of money two months ago and my bank still have not answer from their bank in EU (Fidor). The money is no where, but the money was sent to this bank. I also contacted the bank by phone and email a week ago, and still I am waiting for an answer. My only left option is start a prosecution cause, and enforce by law to give me the money back. So I can not recommend at all this exchange.”
