“I made an account on their platform four days ago. Afterwards, I went to my bank and made a deposit. (I can provide the receipt). I received an email today indicating a successful deposit. I went on their website and purchased cryptocurrency, but it did not work when I tried to withdraw from their website. According to the statement, the transaction is currently on hold. It has been 11 hours since then. They are not responding to my email or chat support. Whenever I try to contact them on Facebook or leave a comment, they respond politely and say that our team will reach out to you shortly. I did not receive an email with an explanation from them. But I had the best laugh when Fosterboon.org helped me to secure my money back.”

“I joined this company in September 2021 investing $15k .I earned constantly and could upgrade to the $25k pack and then to the $50k . “I sent $8,000 via wire transfer to Kraken.com on August 2, 2004. The money came in today, Monday, 8/5/2004. I used all of my money to buy bitcoin. After purchasing bitcoin, the transaction was put on hold, and there have been no responses since then. I attempted to communicate with someone in the past five hours, but they did not respond. I contacted both the police and the bank, and they informed me that Kraken had stolen my funds. And it's not the first time kraken done this. And last week, they scammed someone from California of $5,500 dollars. I received permission to purchase bitcoin from them, but it seems that the transaction is currently on hold. I tried to communicate with them, but they didn't respond. And it's not the first time they have done this. Kraken lets their clients deposit money in their kraken account, until they receive the money, the support will answer to all your questions, but after you buy cryptocurrency, and you can't withdraw your cash anymore, nobody will answer anymore to your emails or to chat support. I was informed by the police that Kraken is responsible for this, not scammers or thieves. Kraken is the one who holds the money..”

“I had a very bad experience with this company, I created an account with them and made deposit so I could enjoy they service they provide. Unfortunately, my money vanished and my account was blocked. I sent several complaints to their support team but they were not helpful. FIORDINTEL . NET is a legal entity website address who eventually got me out my money, all other recovery company people posted here also scammed me, but I was able to recover all my money”

“I opened an account, did the verification, connected my account via Plaid and deposited $10000. Later on, on got an email saying they suspected a breach on my account to reset my password as well as reset my email password and enable more security on my account and to reply that I had done these things. I did all that. Then I tried to buy some crypto and they said I was not allowed and to contact support so I did. They replied that they were closing my account but would not say why and they were holding my money for a week before they would release it. Sounds like a fraudulent company getting free loans and stealing money and hiding behind "laws" to get away with it. You have been warned, do not open an account with these scammers. Get help from Lucenteq . net if you are trying to recover your lost funds.”

“I used Kraken to convert CHF Swiss Franks to crypto because of it being 4 times less expensive then using other exchanges where I would need to pay my bank fort 1% to change my CHF to Euros or dollars then send the dollars to other exchanges and convert them there into crypto quantity. And out of the blue Kraken just closed my account, won't let me login to check of I still have leftover quantity and also won't let me appeal. Doest give a reason to why the account was closed. Even better still sends automatic marketing emails for me to come back since I haven't logged in for a while.”

“I got my account set up which took way too long. Finally deposited funds into Kraken VIA ACH and the funds hit within 24 hours as expected by Kraken kept them locked up for 5 more days. Ridiculous move btw. So I did a Federal Wire which included my customer ID per their instructions and after my funds not showing up for nearly 24 hours I inquired as to what was wrong with their poorly trained customer service. After nearly 8 more hours they sent me an email stating they were returning my wire to my bank and they were shutting down my account within 72 hours with not reason as to why. LOL seriously? Choose COINBASE or any other crypto site.”

“Appalling customer service! For your own sake please be aware of the terrible experiences other people are having with this company before opening an account or dealing with them. Your money is at risk Got an email from them late on 26Dec saying change your password which i tried to do withing an hour, i couldnt do this as the reset sends a message to my hotmail account which appeared had been hacked (reset this within an hour ) Called the helpline, waiting 30-40 minutes for someone to answer. Got a ticket (11439042) raised and an email confirmation sent. Told my account would be frozen until the security side was resolved. Not had any communication from them on the subject despite the fraudulent nature of the breach and it it now 13 days and counting with no response despite 4 calls to the helpline number and 6 chaser emails. Phone help said they couldnt help, advise, or offer any update on the issue and that i would have to wait for the email response I have thousands of dollars at risk here with zero response from Kraken , appalling customer service at the very minimum people say cryptocurrency is the wildwest but i genuinely thought this company seemed better than the other cowboys but it appears not Be very aware of your risks. Other exchange are available to use beyond Kraken ticket 11439042 still waiting for any kind of response nearly a month later Jan 18”

“No doubt, 2023 has been so bearish for the entire cryptocurrency asset and there is always a room for Market Correction and the leading crypto asset BITCOIN is not left out of this short term Correction.
