“After reading the reviews i was sceptical.. but decided to order I'm absolutely over the moon with the quality of the items and the service i have received i did have to send a few items back and did have to wait and pay for postage but to be fair i would expect to pay I will use again and can't wait till there posting to the uk again!!”

“i have been a customer of Kramer for around two years now and the bad reviews really do amaze me! i order monthly from Kramer and have never had an issue with order, delivery, items not as described or any issue with returns, ive returned a few items as they didnt fit/suit me and have always had an immediate refund. i actually dont shop anywhere else, Kramer have a huge selection of items, its just such a shame they dont seem to stock Haycobs any ore as these were brilliant and far cheaper than Thunderbrooks. I highly recommend Kramer and i usually end up requesting multiple copies of catalogues as mine always get borrowed as soon as fellow horsey people start browsing! keep up the great work guys, love all the items and the ease of the ordering process.”
