Sadly I wish I'd seen these reviews before I purchased! Don't buy from these people. I hope a previous poster reads this, go to your bank and dispute the transaction, I just have and my bank have helped! These people are taking money and not sending items.

Placed an order almost 5 weeks ago now and still have not received it. Awful customer service, I have e-mailed multiple times and they just keep saying the package has been re-sent, when I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded they just ignored me.

DONT ORDER! I placed order 6 weeks ago.no parcel. I have emailed several times.template email reply of 'apology for delay, check Ups status' Several UPS emails of ;on route/delayed/returned to Germany. They are trying to blame Brexit Ive had several other EU parcels.clearly Kramer dont have correct paperwork in place.(only 5 yrs notice) Their website states UK anyway! I was promised def delivery today, 25/3/21. No parcel! UPS updated states 'problem!' V poor customer service. No feedback or communication. I will def not order again. This parcel was a gift!

I advice not to purchase. No products received. The website implies a uk warehouse but it appears not. Also local number goes through to Germany. Numerous emails and refund requested three times . I have received nothing. What a shame they are taking money from customers and not able to supply. My money has been taken, it should be straightforward to refund( as it says on the website) . I will escalate to a complaint but I’m not hopeful. NO GOODS NO REFUND.

I ordered over £200 worth of products on 21/2/21, UPS delivered to a different village 2/3/21. Kramer has taken a week to ask UPS to investigate. Several calls have been made to Kramer and each time they had not informed me of any steps taken to resolve. I asked for a refund 9/3/21 as I have clearly not been the recipient of the order. Kramer insists that I wait another 8 days before they look into a refund. They blame it on UPS and brexit but I have received a equestrian order from Netherlands in 5 days... Kramer's website states that "If your order has been placed via the phone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. This does not include CDs, DVDs or software that has been opened. To ensure you are refunded the total cost for the products including the original postage, you must contact us within 14 working days, not including weekends or public holidays, after the day your order was received." Yet they will on act on their own t&c's. Be very careful if you choose to order from this company going forwards.

TERRIBLE service, placed an order in January, AS IT WAS A .CO.UK Domain, goods not delivered. No replies to emails. Finally spoke to someone and a refund was supposed to be issued. Phoned again and the refund hasn’t been issued, and they would email me as to why. Still waiting on that email. NO GOODS AND NO REFUND

Order placed in January, told it had shipped, UPS tracking number didnt work, then told it was stuck and that it would move following week, no movement chased again, told would move in a week, after waiting a month asked for refund and still waiting for that refund, emailed chased refund 3 times now still waiting.

First of all they took payment then a week later they told me due to current situation there was a delay on my order fast forward another week and was told the items were out of stock, another 2 weeks later i was told my order had been dispatched and was given the wrong UPS tracking number. No idea where my order is or if ill even get it!

Have e-mailed them three times, no response Bridle was a birthday gift for my Granddaughter, do was eager for it to arrive on time. Poor customer service, poor business model, shame on you. Was given the wrong UPS tracking number and will not take responsibility for delivery. Your choice, your responsibility, really!!!! I have nothing positive to add, out of pocket, one young lady let down, one company I will NOT use again

So I brought a pair of boots for my partner. The boots had a damaged heel so I needed to send them back. Only to send them back they have to be shipped off to Germany. 4 weeks later I have finally received my refund. Ridiculous company to deal with. The only good thing was the response to my initial query was very quick. Definitely wouldn't use this company again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone if they need to send anything back.

Awful customer service, ordered a rug 14th November, monies left my account 16th November, called to chase my order on the 19th, to be told in the most unenthusiastic voice ever it was out of stock and I wouldn't be receiving it. Great ok, when can I have my money back, erm maybe in 48hrs, then I get an email informing me the rug has sold out and they are sorry, again no mention of a refund etc. So my money has now sat in their account for over a week,l! Not happy and will not be using again!!!!

Customer service was great until I needed to return a faulty item... bad bad bad ... got to return at my own expense then item goes to Germany to be assessed, ridiculous .. won’t be using again ... shame

#Beware# I have bought many times from them but I’ve never had to use customer services until recently due to my order going to the wrong address...this happened mid September and I am still awaiting a refund for the items I didn’t receive & when I email them they just ignore you and if I ring they fob you off with lies...I am now going to have to contact my credit card company to get my money back..the first time I’ve ever had to do that with a refund in my life.....I’m absolutely disgusted by them and in my eyes they are just thieves as they have my items..they were picked up from wrong address and returned to them by UPS so they have the items and my money which granted is only £50 but how many other people are they doing this too...I think I will contact action fraud once I’ve spoken to my credit card company...please please buy elsewhere if you need western items there is a great Facebook group you can purchase from and as for English items we have loads of British companies that we can buy from that are trustworthy...I hope this review stops anyone else go through the same experience 🤞

So disappointed, ordering a riding hat for my son's birthday 12 days ago. Just called up to be told that it is out of stock and I should have received an email (I have not), then they haven't even refunded me the full amount, they kept the postage! This has now been rectified but appalling customer service and one very disappointment child.

Tried to buy a product but I wasn't allowed - It didn't meet with their minimum spend criteria of £25. Who has a minimum spend criteria in this day and age?? I emailed to ask if something could be done but I got a blunt verging on rude answer referring me to their terms and conditions saying i had to spend £25 or no item. How ridiculous. Just charge me for postage like everyone else does if it doesn't qualify for free delivery. I would have thought they would be happy to accept any legitimate order especially at the moment. Suffice to say I will buy what i want somewhere else rather than be forced into spending extra just to be allowed to shop with them. Bad policies and terrible customer service. I will be telling my equestrian friends to avoid them.

This is one of the worst on line companies I’ve ever had the experience of dealing with, they are rude, unhelpful, don’t give a dam about customer service, they lie and try and cheat you out of refunding you when you return items in perfect condition! The woman on the telephone pretends she can’t speak much English when in fact she just can’t be bothered to deal with a genuine issue! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS...BAD BAD BAD

Absolutely TERRIBLE product. I ordered the 'riding boots cross rider' and within the first month of wearing them, the front of the boot UNSTUCK from the rest of the shoe. Cannot stress enough how disappointed i am for spending money on shoes that are not usable, given after a month of purchase no refunds etc can be made. I had sent an email to Kramer about the problem and got no reply... Absolutely shocking service and product. Therefore, i will not be recommending this product to anyone.
