“The best customer service I've received in my life and I'm not just talking about hosting companies, I mean any companies. Endless patience with newbies and unfailingly polite. Without the Krystal team I wouldn't have succeeded in creating my sites. Fabulous.”

“how many other internet services reply in less than 5 minutes on a sunday evening when my site had disappeared. All sorted very quickly. Fantastic customer service. Many companies could learn from Krystal how it should be done.”

“Had a huge issue that I would never had figured out on my own. Within 10 minutes Joxy at Krystal Hosting fixed the issue and took time to explain what caused it and how it was fixed. Highly recommend Krystal over all other providers. Over the past 18 months I've moved all my business operations over to them across multiple platforms and they deliver on all fronts.”

“I've been with Krystal for years, and have reseller hosting. Their support is fantastic, fast, polite, even if it's a mistake I have made! Whether it's a domain issue, or email, or a Wordpress update that's broken something, the support team will help. My migrations often don't go smoothly and they help with that too. Usually they respond in under 5 minutes, and resolve immediately. One super cool thing for me is their commitment to green energy and protecting the environment. I support that 100% - thanks so much for the support.. you have a customer for life. And I recommend all my clients to Krystal too. All the staff are fab - but Jordan stands out. Thanks dude! :)”

“I've had several bad experiences with Krystal lately. Went to their Fairburn location in Douglasville and stood at the counter for 5 minutes and finally just left when no one came to take my order. Then, I recently went to their Stewart Pkwy location, and wasn't knocked out by the people. No one said hi or made eye contact. When I got home, they had left out the extra Krystal I paid for and two of the Krytals I got, were smashed. When I contacted corporate, no one got back to me. Not impressed.”

“Paying nearly $$50 a month for 8 years never been late... They shut down my VPS because I was 1 week late for payment... too much monetisation... means spirited management or Directorship. Staff seem ok but its policy thats the issue. Absolutely disgusting, lack of care and service to long standing customers. They also beat me over the head a lot that I don't have a managed server every time I need assistance. The last time they did this eventually I discovered the issue was a third-Party technical fault, not my servers' issues. .. Thats Krystal for you. They need to loosen up, listen and value customers more. Unless they add slack Im off, I cant work on that basis for my business. Neither can you.”

“Awful. They started off as a small, personable, reliable and friendly company. Over the years their service has gotten much worse. In addition, they will do anything they can to force you off the service you're using and make you pay for one that can cost up to 10 times as much. Do not use Krystal hosting, plenty of other good hosts out there.”
