My only feedback to you is on packaging (specifically outer packaging).
Your glass bottle and Pipette are great but the big cardboard box and shiny brochure are just not required.
I can understand for a client's 1st purchase the outer packaging looks great and has thick cardboard stock however once a client reorders then there is simply no requirement for it.
It will also save you a ton of money and keep the greenies onside.
Also, you have a website to communicate everything you need so no need to have (and is not cheap to manage) expensive comms brochures when the website can be quickly updated.
Anyway, just my thoughts as I run a business and a great starting point is a wonderful product, and you have that already.

Kurk is a natural emulsion that may change consistency due to external environment - heat or cold. Can you just give it a shake before use and the consistency should be ok every time. If not, please send us a photo or video and we will analyse it.
