“I have never received my purchase although I was charged the USPS did not deliver to me at my work address now it is being returned and I have too wait another month to receive”
“Quality appears to be good. I ordered a 2, 2, 3 set and one of the 2 bracelets is much larger than the other. So far customer service has told me I need to pay to return the incorrect fitting bracelet and also pay for shipping of a replacement item. For such expensive products I am disappointed with this solution. Buyer beware. Hopefully your bracelets fit.”
“Bracelets seem pretty sturdy so far. My only issue is the sizing. I initially ordered the 6.5 as my wrist is small. That size was too small or tight fitting so I returned those. I also was charged a few to return which I wasn't happy about. I still placed another order for the next size 7.5 which are now too big in where they hang way past my wrist. I would like to have had the option of a 7.0 in size which may have fit me better.
But I will make sure with the larger size. Praying the color doesn't change.”
“Bracelets were nice however I bought 3 braclets for 3 different people and it all came in 1 Kylar mack material bag. How do I give a nice gift without the bag, seems like bracelet could have just come from Walmart instead. You should ask the option, how many material bags are needed with purchase.”
“I ordered the set of three 6 1/2” beaded bracelets. First they were only 6” and are very snug on my wrist. Second the thinner bracelet was wiggly and not attractive at all. Very disappointed. They were not cheap!”
“I bought the three gold ball bracelets in the smaller size. I was disappointed at how tiny the balls were when I received them. I feel they were overpriced.”
“Nice quality bracelets. Neither size fits well - the 7.5" is too large and the 6.5" is too tight. Wish they had another size option. Also, I ordered the silver and gold separately and asked if they could combine the two orders so I could do one return. They unapologetically said NO and had to pay $6 per return. This is rediculous - I have never had an issue with other companies. Customer service = 0, not enough size options, nice quality. Will not order again, lots of other competitors out there with same quality and similar pricing.”
