This purchase was a gift and I paid for expedited delivery which was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, February 1. This was not delivered until Wednesday, February 5. I sent an email requesting the delivery charge refund because I could have free shipping and had it arrive at the same rate based on promotion at checkout.”
