“Bracelets were beautiful but neither size fit. A 7" option probably would have worked. Customer service made the return easy and I appreciate not being charged for my returns.”

“The bracelets were too tight for me. I bought 2 sets one for me and one for my daughter. When I tried to use the online return system it didn’t let me finish the process. Now the system states I passed the return time date. I mailed back the items but now I’m screwed with getting a refund. This is terrible customer service.”
“Initially, I was a bit taken back. The bracelet beads were smaller than I expected. Ceiling fan pull chain immediately came to mind. Way over-priced for what you get. What is the stretch material & how long will it hold the beads together? Overall, very disappointed.”
“The bracelets are beautiful and I love them, however the customer service I required was very difficult and still not resolved. I have received a few messages and some of the issues have been resolved, but I am still waiting for part of my refund. This has been going on since December 13, 2024.
All I really wanted was an exchange for a larger size, but you don't do exchanges. And I would have liked to speak with a customer service representative, but that service is not available either.”

“Small is too tight and I wanted to exchange. You have to return and rebuy so any discount is invalid. Cost me $30 more to rebuy. And oh, the large is really too big…so not a fan”
“I would say more a 31/2. I bought 3 items, one of which was an anklet that was only offered in one size. I got it and it was huge. Because there was only one size offered, not others that were sold out, I assumed it was a universal size because they stretch. When I went return it, it said it was ineligible for return. I sent a message, no response. Tried calling the number and left a message, no response. No way to talk to a real person. Very disappointed! This was my second order but I will not be ordering anything in the future.”

Very fragile looking and beads are definitely smaller than they appear on the models in the pictures. I have debated returning them but will try them in the water and update my review once they are tested for the purpose I bought them.”
“I love my bracelets they are my first but I purchased a stack and 3 others, but was shorted one which on the shipping list is there as delivered. I contacted customer service through email but there is no phone number to call. That is frustrating because when you pay for something and it is not there you would like to know it is resolved right away. But with the email customer service you have to wait 3-5 business days to know you will either receive a refund or get your merchandise that you paid for.”
