“I can't hook the tiny clasp and loop on my ruby necklace and have been trying since I received it. I find both ends too small for my fingers and now I'm not sure what to do. I will call customer service because I either have to return for refund or maybe there is a larger clasp/hook that they can send. “I ordered the stack of gold bracelets and the quality was very good but the beads are really small, 3 and 4 cm, and I felt it didn’t make a big enough fashion statement, so I returned them. Only the largest beads( I think the 5 cm are the size to order) to even notice the bracelets.”

“It’s my first time ordering from your company ..I usually order from enewton but thought I would try you to compare .. the quality is pretty much the same but u ordered the 7.5 thinking the 6.5 might be too small of course the 7.5 is too big and I reordered the 6.5 but to pay 6 dollars for a return feels cheap ..most companies do not do that .. in that respect I’m very disappointed and will think twice before ordering again”
“It’s pretty - more from afar or in pictures than up close. Up close it’s so light weight, it feels cheap - cheaper than what i paid for, and totally “fake” , as in not real or solid gold. But it is well constructed and feels sturdy. Definitely costume jewelry. Would I buy again or even gift give as a gift - no.”
