“I bought 3 bracelets in 2 different sizes by mistake. Would be terrific if the website could catch that and ask me if I’m sure I want different sizes. Maybe that’s asking too much, but it’s possible. Secondly, there appears to be no way to do an exchange even though the website has a “returns & exchanges” area. Thirdly, when I emailed for help, the auto reply said it takes 2-3 days for a reply. That’s a very long time. Not impressed.”
“I did like the product, but I am returning it for a different size. It’s the return process that’s taking so long. I’ve been waiting for a $6 return label. Why does it take 10 days? Do you have that many requests for returns? Makes me wonder.”
“The bracelets are just fine, but I should have done my research, my friend bought the same bracelets for 1/3 the cost of mine from Kylar. Oh well, at least I like them, and hope they hold up for $200.00”
“I purchased 3 sets of bracelets, one anklet and recommended to my daughter who purchased two sets for her nieces. In total 5 sets and one anklet and also two 2 mm bracelets. Two sets of the gold have turned a coppery brown and the sterling set turned black. I understand about the sterling set because instructions state not to wear in the ocean, and she did. The gold ines however are supposed to be tarnish free and they are not.”
“I returned some items I had purchased. The refund arrived in a timely manner. The only issue I had was the additonal shipping costs I had to pay to ship my items back. Other vendors I have used have never had me pay shipping charges.”
“I received my bracelets and as they are beautiful, they are very tight on my wrist and leave marks when I take them off. I don’t remember seeing a sizing chart when I ordered them. I am disappointed that I spent so much money on bracelets I will probably not wear much.”
“They were too small for my wrist. Were these meant for a child? Teen? I am not overly thick wristed or large. So disappointed. I have to my daughter who is petite and she is wearing, but also thought a bit tight to get on…”
“The bracelets are nice, but you should have an exchange policy when you need a different size I shouldn't have to pay for shipping the bracelets back and start a new order for the correct size. I did not appriciate have to pay the return postage.”
“I would give 4 stars but the bracelets are a bright silver color, look almost plastic. Definitely better quality than that but look a little cheap. I'm not sure how well they hold up in the water b/c I take off to shower but have worn everyday since I received. So far so good.”
