I would say more a 31/2. I bought 3 items, one of which was an anklet that was only offered in one size. I got it and it was huge. Because there was only one size offered, not others that were sold out, I assumed it was a universal size because they stretch. When I went return it, it said it was ineligible for return. I sent a message, no response. Tried calling the number and left a message, no response. No way to talk to a real person. Very disappointed! This was my second order but I will not be ordering anything in the future.
