The bracelets are beautiful and I love them, however the customer service I required was very difficult and still not resolved. I have received a few messages and some of the issues have been resolved, but I am still waiting for part of my refund. This has been going on since December 13, 2024.
All I really wanted was an exchange for a larger size, but you don't do exchanges. And I would have liked to speak with a customer service representative, but that service is not available either.
