I contacted you immediate after noting that 2 charges ( duplicate) were made on my charge and requested for a charge to be removed. The bank alerted me later regarding those charges duplicate charge.
I emailed AGAIN and asked you to do this . You did NOT! I am very disappointed. Now I have to go through a refund process!
