“I have the bracelet and i love it. I ordered the anklet and it is entirely too large. I sent a request to return it as soon as i received it and saw how big it was. It took a week to get a response and i was told i cannot return it as anklets are not eligible for return. $70 down the drain as its too small to double up as a bracelet and too large for an anklet. The bracelet is great but I would advise against the anklet 100% and i feel like customer service could be a little better by addressing customers questions in a timely manner.”
“I just finish buying 4 mom bracelets and one of them broke just trying it on. I have bought a couple more and this is the 1st one that has broken. I have a set of three that I have been wearing it for over a year but don’t know what happened to this one”
“I have only worn these the last 2 weeks and they are starting to turn rusty looking. I have NOT worn them in pool or beach water. I do shower with though. “I love kylar Mack products. But I have THE most worst time trying to return an item. Customer service needs to be looked. Maybe take a look at LLBean. Make a call talk to a real human being and in 5 minutes u have a return label. My return took me a week to finally get what I needed to return”
“Bracelets are nice however 2 of them appear to be “bent” not sure how to fix them. Probably happened during shipping, so maybe they need to be in a box rather than just the little bag that got shipped in a soft envelope?”
“The bracelets are very pretty. However, I have a couple little complaints. The 2 mm ball bracelet doesn’t lay flat. It has kinks when you wear it. I also wish the bracelets were just slightly bigger. But I don’t want to go a whole size bigger.”
