“The bracelet itself is beautiful. I really like the colora and quality but they are VERY small. People comment on how tiny my wrists are so I ordered the 6.5". I measured my own wrists prior to ordering and they are just under 6". These fit SNUG. There is no give or space underneath the bracelet. They do not move around on my skin. Just an FYI, go bigger”

My mistake. But instead of offering to exchange my order for the correct size I had to place another order. I feel that was uncalled for. An exchange would have been much better. Now I have to wait for a refund for the original order and pay again for the replacement order. I am very disappointed with the customer service from the company.”

Update 2 months later, I lowered my rating bec they seem to be tarnishing already on some of the beads of the smaller bracelets. Also there are some dents in the beads as well. Very disappointing based on what I paid.”
