“I adore the kylar mack bracelets! I have had mine for over two years and nevertheless take them off. No discoloration, just like new!
I have since bought these for many women I love! Perfect gift!”
“Absolutely love my bracelets..ordered the three gold stack and then ordered two more. Rose gold and white pearl. Stunningly beautiful. Also ordered the Casey necklace love love love!!”
“I ordered; 3mm White Pearl Bracelet, 3mm Gold Ball Bracelet, 4mm Gold Ball Bracelet, 3mm Gold Ball Anklet. The bracelets didn't lay flat against the wrist, but in a wavy way, as though the elastic was bent from the spool it was wrapped around. The anklet left a gray/green mark on my skin after only a couple hours of wear. I emailed the company to ask about the "No Return Policy" on the anklet, they thanked me for my inquiry and offered to contact me in 3-4 days, they did not. I am disappointed with my purchase from Kylar Mack, I think they charged way too much for the poor quality they delivered.”
“Bought for my daughter’s birthday, unfortunately they are too small and tight. I now need to repurchase an return them for credit. So now I’m out around
$500.00 am waiting on replacement.
Otherwise they are pretty.”
“Love the prouct but it took a long time to recieve. I have purchased 11 bracelets for myself, friends & family. Plus you should offer a "stack" that included the 5mm size.”
“I ordered wrong size. Returned for refund. Ordered right size and got it quickly. Good return and received new one in timely fashion. Good company policy”
“Received the 3 stack gold bracelets in a size 7.5. They are lovely, fashionable and light weight- I don’t even feel them on. Perfect bracelets for the quality and price. However- sizing was a bit off. Tried using the provided online size tape which was way off. Ordered the size 7.5 based on that and was way too big. Reordered in size 6.5 which was way better but would ultimately enjoyed a size 7.0 which is not available. Mylar Mack’s return procedure and service was excellent however their shipping is a bit on the slow side.”
