“We needed small labels for a project (37mm), ordered online and delivered in days. The template was a god send. I would 100% recommend this company. The option of very good wasn't available otherwise I would have given 5*.”

“Great customer service and prompt delivery! One small thing...I ordered coloured labels which on arrival were brighter than I expected. I wish the samples on the website had been bigger in order to give a better idea. I ended up scrapping them and ordering cream ones instead. They were going on greetings cards so it mattered!”

“Great product, quick delivery! Only negative would be that the templates are square and not round so I have to guess the size for it to fit and can waste a few stickers doing this but aside from that there great”

Hi Suzette, Thank you for leaving us a review! All of our PDF templates show the circular outline of our round labels, while our Word templates do not. This is because Word simply isn't sophisticated enough to create a grid of circles that can be used as a template. However, most people have access to Word (rather than a graphics package that can edit a PDF file), which is why we provide Word templates that are made using the compromise of a grid of squares - so that each round label will sit inside one of the squares with the outermost points of each circle touching the four sides of a square. This does mean that you may need a little bit more trial and error to perfect the positioning of your design in your template - which is why we always recommend doing a test print onto paper first so you can get your template perfected before you print onto your labels. “Very prompt delivery although I did select next day delivery which with hindsight was probably un-necessary. Perhaps prior to the payment screen you should make customers aware that small items are normally dispatched on the day of order to prevent paying un-necessary next day delivery charges.”

“I am not able to print them properly. The whole format is slightly shifted down of one centimeter. Do you have any solutions?”

If all of your labels are printing too low and by the same amount, you should decrease your top page margin to manually shift your printer's starting print position upwards so that it prints your template in the correct position on your labels. Kind regards, The Label Planet Team

“Swift delivery and well packaged. Labels are all fine. However, they don't fit the Avery equivalent that I was promised and when I downloaded your own template, they didn't print properly on this either.”
