“Recently purchased a box of labels and selected next day delivery before 1pm. When the labels did not arrive I contacted the team at label planet who quickly refunded the postage and apologised. Although in the end I did not receive my labels until after I needed them I was reassured by the excellent customer service.”

“Nothing wrong with the labels or the delivery. I hope the following helps improve the "label printing advice". It says there to use the bypass tray. This is what we did but repeatedly the printing did not fit the labels. Eventually we decided to use the paper tray - and it worked perfectly. Whether that is something to do with our particular printer (Samsung ML-1915) or whether it is a general thing I don't know but it would not work using the bypass tray but it did when we used the paper tray.”

“I found the information on the products very helpful and the pricing easy to understand. Although I required a small amount for experimental use, I was impressed with the discount for quantity. The delivery was reasonably quick and all in all the service was very satisfactory. I will definitely use Label Planet again.”

“not happy about the 90 min cds , cant down load a program to make them work. Microsoft wont work on my computer. is there not another program to allow cd 90 min to work. very disappointed indeed”

“Good value, enormous range, and good quality. They also arrived extremely quickly and well packaged. The only reason I havent given a 5* review is that the templates for circular labels are set as tables and are therefore square which means a whole lot of fiddling around in order to create what you want, rendering them pretty useless. Luckily not a problem for me, but for someone who only uses the usual software occaisionally would be awful. Having said that, overall I am really pleased with my labels and will definitely purchase again.”
