“Our order was placed in the middle of the day and to our surprise arrived at 9am the following day. Well done. We have only one comment and that is the template you offer on your web site dose not appear work on our Mac.”

With regards to the templates, we are always happy to help out if customers have trouble - whether they're using our templates or setting up their own. We offer Word and PDF templates on our website; if you are using a Mac you would need to have software that is able to read and edit these files. Word files can be used with Office For Mac, while the PDF files can be edited with graphics software packages. “I cannot fault this company for customer service. They have been most helpful in the past, and my latest order was placed online on Wednesday morning - me thinking it would arrive on Friday when I was home to receive it - and it was here on Thursday! There have been no errors in the orders I have placed, the product is quality for the price and meets my needs exactly. I will continue to use this company as long as I require self adhesive labels.”
