“Lock O The Irish, won £4.80, it was still on a winning streak with more free spins and connection lost (not mine I have 350mbps!). I lost the lot. Complained via 'chat' which was tedious to say the least, waiting an eternity for answer, nothing they suggested worked, appalling customer services and when they got sick of me just cut me off saying I wasn't responding (I was busy replying within a nano second!). Absolutely hopeless, bad enough I lost in the region of £4.80 but what if had of been £100s or even thousands!! Its the last they get out of me, at least Dick Turpin wore a mask!!! Absolutely disgraceful....”

“I placed a bet in labBrooks on Saturday, 5 November 2022 The bet was a lucky 31 Ladbrook under paid me by £540.75p I Had four winners when I went in to collect the lady behind the counter, said I have spoken to security and this is all you’re getting well. No, you owe me more money keep away from these dirty rotten scumbags.”

“Put £20 double on after walking across main road to use crid card to get guaranteed odds bet paid £420 odds guaranteed paid £880 shop said I did not use card ps why right odds on slip why walk over road to go to ladbrokes when William Hill shop next to parking space phone ladbrokes and told will phone me back nocall back same on second day had to phone again and was told they would only pay the £420 not the £880 I should have got ps I am 61 years old and loyal to ladbrokes for years not anymore will not bet with them ever again no customer service”

“The company has closed my account, spoke to the customer care team, said i had different accounts within the group of companies like coral and a few others, but i have not used these accounts for a few years. I had Ladbrokes for over 7 years i closed the account years ago, but just recently opened it back up, i have money in the account which i cant get to and they dont wont to know, terrible company.”

“Customer service is an absolute joke, I won a bet, was notified that the funds had been deposited in my account, they were not, I have chatted online with three different people, they all asked for the same information, then didn’t sort it out, I messaged on twitter, I sent two emails to their “ support “ ( joke) which had screenshots of the bet and the notification, but they still haven’t sorted it, and have not even acknowledged me, and it’s all for £116, I will never use them again”

“1bet ..scammers ,elusive , do not trap your winnings because you will never be able to withdraw your real money deposited , you will be surprised when you play for 50 dollars and you win 250 and you decivde to withdraw they will tell you that you have deposited and lost before 400 for example and you will need to roll it over 400x 6 times in order to withdraw ur winning other wise all your withdrawals will be Rejected , so this way of scam they will keep you depositing to chase your losses, my advice stay away and read even on Trust Pilot im not the only one . no other website treat customers like this ,i have other accounts with other websites . the most elusive chat i ever seen ,one live agent would tell you something and next day if you go to ask about the same thing another agent would deny and would tell you what you were informed was wrong , you will run inside infinite cirles”

“I am giving this review as someone who has worked in the company just over 4 years, The ONLY good thing about this job is the lovely people you work with including the MPM. The flexibility in how many hours you can do, there is always hours available I can confidently say all this company care about is hitting their weekly KPIS/targets. They disregard any way you feel, You can do up to 14 or 15 hour shifts which I'm pretty sure is illegal. You got it - breaks are unpaid, A typical shift would be from 7am all the way to 10pm with one break, There is an extremely small chance of progressing in the company, All the area manager's care about is if their targets are being hit. Any mental health or personal issues are ignored, As someone who never called in sick once and always tried their best in all aspects of the job. I was never appreciated enough, There is no point going the extra mile in this company. They will treat you worse if you cannot do the days or hours they ask you to do one week, IF something in your plans come up. Another thing to be aware of is they secretly give you more holiday hours than expected. They don't say anything until you leave. This company illegally deducted nearly £700 of my money. Their response was that I overtook my holiday hours. This is impossible as you give them the dates in advance. This was never returned and I had to really struggle that month. Still now no one has got back to me. No warning, and no email and not one word to me about this. It was just deducted from my pay. I'm really glad I left this company as I now have a job where they treat me as a person and not a statistic. Please if you can do not join. This job is the worst environment to work in. Please try and apply elsewhere.”

“bantyre shop is diabolicle manager is a complete idiot in my view and just likes to cause hassle with customers i use a button hole covert camera and can guarantee i will be calling the police before he does this way it will be registerd as a crime statistic with police scotland this will be done through equality act and and discrimination against disabled people”
