“I am giving this review as someone who has worked in the company just over 4 years, The ONLY good thing about this job is the lovely people you work with including the MPM. The flexibility in how many hours you can do, there is always hours available I can confidently say all this company care about is hitting their weekly KPIS/targets. They disregard any way you feel, You can do up to 14 or 15 hour shifts which I'm pretty sure is illegal. You got it - breaks are unpaid, A typical shift would be from 7am all the way to 10pm with one break, There is an extremely small chance of progressing in the company, All the area manager's care about is if their targets are being hit. Any mental health or personal issues are ignored, As someone who never called in sick once and always tried their best in all aspects of the job. I was never appreciated enough, There is no point going the extra mile in this company. They will treat you worse if you cannot do the days or hours they ask you to do one week, IF something in your plans come up. Another thing to be aware of is they secretly give you more holiday hours than expected. They don't say anything until you leave. This company illegally deducted nearly £700 of my money. Their response was that I overtook my holiday hours. This is impossible as you give them the dates in advance. This was never returned and I had to really struggle that month. Still now no one has got back to me. No warning, and no email and not one word to me about this. It was just deducted from my pay. I'm really glad I left this company as I now have a job where they treat me as a person and not a statistic. Please if you can do not join. This job is the worst environment to work in. Please try and apply elsewhere.”

“bantyre shop is diabolicle manager is a complete idiot in my view and just likes to cause hassle with customers i use a button hole covert camera and can guarantee i will be calling the police before he does this way it will be registerd as a crime statistic with police scotland this will be done through equality act and and discrimination against disabled people”

“I really do its great that info from company house is available so this can be investigated by the authorities very happy relieved that one of your former directors CEO was arrested for drunk driving which is fantastic news I hope this person gets the necessary treatment available to stop this type of offending by the authorities I will be contacting fairer gambling and informing them of any bias apparent wrong doing by Ladbrokes its highly irresponsible in my view for a director or former CEO from Ladbrokes to be given a criminal conviction and fine of a 4 figure sum its not right its not on and its wrong I would point out your shop staff is not customer supportive on a final point its best everything is monitored at Ladbrokes and also the DWP to make sure people are receiving the correct benefit they are entitled to regarding staff at Ladbrokes employees”

“Do not trust this company i have made a formal complaint to the ombudsman and ASIC. They let you place bets on football games that don't exist so if you have a multi you wont be able to cash out because its closed even though the match was always scheduled for 2 days later.!! Thieves”

“Ladbrokes staff in my view are very hostile and cause nothing but problems with customers one is described as having blond hair and works at the shop in 105 Hope St, Glasgow G2 6LL she apparently tries to be very clever she explained you can only stay in the shop for 15 minutes I just said ok if you feel you have been treated unfairly or been discriminated with you can contact DisabilityLawCentre .disabilityrightsuk.org apparently its blatant descriminination and you should be able to get legal aid for a civil case against Ladbrokes please check it out in reality Ladbrokes are apparently very silly and I did give a lot of evidence to the Westminster Gov regarding the FOBTS which has now been reduced to £2.00 a stake my colleagues recently appeared on News night on Television explaining about FOBT machines, I have every faith more action will follow against Ladbrokes if you feel you are being intimidated you can contact the police Ladbrokes do not like police intervention as this is recorded as a crime statistic and will go against them for future licensing under the gaming board for Great Brittan anyhow I hope this info helps remember keep a note of everything they say or at Ladbrokes and it will go against for future gaming enterprises on a finally point Ladbrokes coral which is now amalgamated have been fined 4.4 million GBP as a gambling addict gambled away 98,000 thousand GBP I hope these comment will help any future problems with this apparent betting company named Ladbrokes”

“Games suspended for 90 minutes so cash out will be Un available. Poor cash out offers compared to sky and bet365. Soon as you get a few wins on casino you start getting kicked from games. All in all a terrible site, go to ask for some help and there’s nothing ever wrong on their end. Always seems to be the customers fault. I’d stay away from these and go with sky or bet365 or even coral”
