“Very disappointed, crazy I needed to ring two banks to get some specific money value under $3 to varify bank accounts (haven’t been asked by other betting accounts for this information) i rang both banks provided this information and supplied correct details, filled in expected information of account verification , all this effort and time to find after three days my withdrawn money returns to my betting account suggesting I’ve reversed the withdrawal.(bullsh@t) Lad brokers lift your game, if I press withdraw that’s what I expect is going to happen, just like sports Bet, Tab and bet 365”

“Horrible experience, just ruined my day on Melbourne cup day! My partner and I read a promotion banner on the Ladbrokes website saying bet $25 on the first race of the Flemington horse races and if the horse we backed didn't win we will get our money back. I don't really bet, only with $1-$5 max but I thought with this promotion I will be safe anyways and test my luck. My partner got his money back but I didn't. I gave them a call and they just kept repeating themselves saying the promotion wasn't for everyone. It was only for accounts who received a text (again neither of us got a text, we saw the promotion on the front page of their website on the banners). We didn't receive a text at all, yet my partner got his money back. We were asked to show evidence (screenshot) of the banner we saw. I was like, are you guys for real at this stage...they expect people to take screenshot of all their promotion just in case it turn out to be a lie! So people when you see an ad make sure you take screenshot before you bet! Because how much fun to play like that isn't it?! Just to assume at all times that the promotion that you are playing might not be true and you will be asked for evidence at the end. I was offered $25 worth of bonus bets over the phone by customer service, a guy called Grant who after I asked for his name and said I am going to leave a review about this took his offer back and said actually I am not going to offer you the $25 bonus bet anymore. Isn't that just nice?! Thanks Grant, you made my day! I deactivated my account and will never play again. What an awful experience on a beautiful sunny day, really disappointed.”

“What is it with customer toilets in ladbroke shops. Everyone you seem to go into theres no toilets available. And don't say it's because of covid As it's been like this long before covid came along. All the other bookmakers toilets are open for use. Get your finger out and employ a cleaner. The one at hawk brae is a nightmare. Toilets are never in use. Staff kidding on the keys lost. Employ a cleaner for gods sake.”

“This site has now jipped me out of my bonus bets twice now, please read the terms and conditioning carefully. 2 weeks ago they had a promotion where all NRL games that week, if you place a 3 leg multi and one fails you get refunded in bonus bets. The week after they still had that promotion but had updated their terms and conditions where it was only games from thursday to friday... this week I had placed a 3 leg multi on their desire NRL game, I failed one leg and thought I would get a bonus bet back chased up on the bonus bet three times and they told me to wait. I waited for 18hours and asked customer service again and they told me since i boosted the odds on the game i wasnt going to get my bonus bet back. THEY CHANGED IT ON THE TERMS AN CONDITIONS AGAIN! the customer service person told me it has always been like this, saying that I have gotten a refund on bonus bet before using boosted odds before. DODGEY SCAMMERS. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BETTING WITH THIS MOB.”

“worst customer service ever staff are very unhelpful and do not like it when police Scotland are involved without contact staff members from now on I will NOT be contacting a member of staff at Ladbrokes I will be superseding that action by contacting police Scotland myself and the staff at some of there Glasgow Ladbroke shops staff are so apparently idiotic in there actions its quite hilaiorous in there feeble excuses any problems people any suspicions about suspicious behaviour just contact the police yourself they do not like going over there head esp. “very poor customer service! placed the same bet as my mate which was given a cashout feature and was able to cashout. I had rang up about the issue that had happened and was told that "LADBROKES treat customers differently, and is stated in the terms and conditions which is why he got a cash out and I didn't". I was also told that "we wouldn't be a business if they weren't able to take away the cashout feature from someone who puts more money on the same bet". none of this is stated in the terms and conditions.... lied to and not trusted.”
