“Ladbrooks really got me. I lost so much money an they wouldn’t withdraw my money I at to ask 3 times in 3 days. They mess with your head to make you keep playing. They don’t take your money out just leave it sitting in your pending so you keep playing. Your robbers Ladbrooks an you mess with people heads. Please don’t lose your mind with Ladbrooks stay off this gambling site”

“Ladbrokes rejected my quidco cashback stating I didn't spent 10 pounds when gambling. I anticipated this and took screenshots of my betting history and made sure everything was valid and correct. I contacted the manager about this (09133217) and they said "you will need to contact Quidco with regard to this offer, as there is nothing further to be advised. " I told them again and again that Quidco rejected this because YOU (Ladbrokes) claimed I didnt do this. Bonafide scam artists!”

“I staked money on an accumulator. Once the bet has been placed, I was informed of a cap on the maximum payout far below the potential winnings at the odds with my stake. I think this is very dishonest to take a stake exceeding the payout. It should show the maximum that can be staked at the time of placing the bet. I tried contacting them but they weren't interested. There are many other bookies and I wont be using Ladbrokes again.”

“Football cashout unavailable for 72 mins of a 90 minute match. Live in play, what with the wrong score and wrong time not surprised betting was suspended. This is a flagrant breach of rules set out by the gambling commission, when I asked about gambling compliance and how they are breaking the fair and equal policy all bookmakers are obliged to work to, was fobbed off. Absolute joke, not surprised shops are closing. I will never use them again, mind you most shops shut before most markets are settled anyway.”

“Given 2 starts as website not too bad. Unable to filter deposits as shows error or misses deposits made. Wanted to use this to compare bonuses I received during the last year in comparisson with other casino sites. In fact I have received none. Slots are poor in terms of percentage or seems like they are fixed. This may be due to my luck but I do seem to win more on another casino site than Ladbrokes. No bonus scheme in place. Maybe there is for high rollers. That being said, I have spent thousands over the years, unfortunately loyalty means nothing.”

“ladbrokes the village hunter east kilbride staff take bets when event is running and when its won say its to late, manager in my view does not use discretion in dealing with customers to let you understand to give out a win bet. paddy power do this so are far much better in otherwords terrible shop should be closed down if you google this you will see they have won gold for being worst bookmaker on the high street even some of the staff in other shops are very agressive towards customers in other words use paddy power far better”

“Tried to transfer shop winning bet to my online account. Error occurred??? Ask ladbrokes where shop 7000 is? Answer is Test site where my money has been transferred to on more than one occasion. Then go in shop to collect winnings to be told bet has already been paid. Looked like a criminal to other customers. Not even given an apology by numerous members of staff who had the opportunity. Account to be closed when I collect my winnings. Punters beware.”

“Customer service leaves something to be desired.... after a complaint the answer was “sometimes that happens” What ? Me £480 out of pocket.. Ok I’ll bet with a better bookmaker “ that sometimes happens ‘ !”

“Tried to place £25ew on a 25/1 horse in a group race at Ascot was told could only place £10ew. When I queried it was informed they put a restriction on it. Think ill put a restriction on My betting with Ladbrokes and use someone that will take a bet !”

“They didn't honour a promotional offer. When I queried it they said the offer had expired. Checked the site, it was still running for another month. Was told there was nothing they could do and they gave me a contact email to complain to. I did. No answer. Avoid.”
