“Poker and games and slots it is ONE BIG SCAM seriously i played for last 2 years and spend it 1000 x of pounds and won NOTHING. SERIOUSLY not worth”

“Worst online for slots .. Played many sites and hardly ever had to put than £80 in and if i have always got it back . This site is a joke put £150 gave me a FIRST bonus got £10 .. F x x k x x g RIP OFF”

“Was offered a cash out of £125.00. Went it went through - was given a measly £65.00. Customer services have ignored all attempts of communication. Stay away - bet 365 is much better”

“Went to put a bet on grand national 1 horse £2 e/w. 2horses £1 e/w. As a lady not knowing that much about betting i ticked at bottom take price. Then Went to pay he said £14 i nearly fell through the floor. I just thought not be more than £10. I guessed it would be £8. But thought must be tax or worked it out wrong. None of my 3horses won. But when i took my ticket out to chuck it. theres 5horses on it. Were the hell did they come from? When i looked my husband said they'd added another £6 to my bet with 2donkeys. Lol. Mg what a mug i was. So next yr il check my betting slip and il be going to a different bookies. Nice one. But on the reciept they have 2 horses wasn't on because i never ticked them. If id iv won with a donkey i bet they wouldn't av paid out because theres no tick next to their 80-1 name. But not happy i was took for a mug because i don't go to bookies only once a yr. & was a fumbling middle aged women. So thats my last bet their getting. Just wonderd as this happened to other people before? Because someone like me don't understand prices with e/w bets.”

“Played at ladbrokes in Station Road Portslade. Put £820 through the game rainbow Riches Pots of gold,played mainly 50p/spin and the most I won is £30. I think the payouts are very poor and this is not the first time this has happened. Put a £1000 through previously and lost. Stay away!”

“I very bad I put thousand pound Notting in return when you put big bet you loose when you put less bet you win 1 time or 2 that it. Please stop playing on try other casino which is 50 50 loose or win atleast 50 percent you win. On ladbrokes your chance is 26.4 the rest is losing.”

“Started an account to give them a go. Easy enough. Deposited money and lost. Fair enough. Deposited more and won. Tried to withdraw my money and Ladbroke cancelled my withdrawal because I hadn't uploaded any ID (you're not asked to upload ID when you register. I assumed I was verified with my bank lIke most normal places) I don't have a passport or a driving licence so I was unable to get any of my money back. Absolute joke of a customer service team who just disconnect the conversation when they can't help, and a terrible experience overall. Account deactivated and I'll never step foot in one of their shops either. Bad, bad company on so many levels.”

“Horrendous service. Attempted to get a bet on today in the 5.25 Navan with 2 horses to load. They suspended the market early. Took no more bets prior to the off. I wonder if they had taken enough bets on it?? Surprise surprise a well backed 4/1 favourite won. Earlier managed to get a bet on after 2 furlongs on a race won by an unbacked outsider. Either they pay me out on the one I wanted to back or return my stake from the other Bet. One rule for all. They will get no more of my money. Account closed.”

“I was betting with Ladbrokes for a while but then after a few winnings I cannot put any bets AND withdraw my money. Whenever I called for support- they would simply disconnect without replying. Scammers !”

“Very dodgy company, placed bet for game, the game went to overtime, the team I've placed bet for won in overtime and they didn't pay off as they said the team didn't win in initial game. I've bet that they will win, it didn't say that they had to win in initial game. Avoid as they will be happy to take your money and not pay out if you win. Will never use them again.”

“In a nutshell: - Customer service need educating - Not one person failed to conclude my situation - The online website is a complete scam - They wont pay you out if you win too much - Customer service dont provide service to customers, they just a brick wall who complain back with anything you say. - Ladbrokes overall are silly people with no good intentions - They probably causing so much distress rather then excitement for customers. My true score : 0.5/10”
