“I cannot believe how terrible the customer service has been for a dress I purchased. I ordered two flower girl dresses. One which had unequal shoulder straps that had to be corrected by a tailor and the other when we went to put it on for the wedding the zipper broke and wouldn’t budge. We literally had to sew her into the dress and after had to cut the zipper to get her out. First they said they wouldn’t do anything for it because it was my fault. Excuse me, I know how to do a zipper and then said they’d give me only 10% back. Do not buy from them. They are awful. Horrible horrible experience.”
“Worst company ecer, they should be shut down. Was sent tge wrong colour dress, tgey refused to refund me despite the fact that I had sent them photos to prove tge dress was totally the wrong colour, tgey are rude and unhelpful money grabbers and dont deserve to be trading. If anyone has had similar problems then please report them to the federal trade commission, they need to be shut down to stop them ripping everyone off.”
