Absolutely horrible customer service… Absolutely horrible customer service from this company AVOID. I have contacted LambdaTek about pricing query now everything seems to be ok until Mr.Joseph Thomas started messing around with it. This has overextended period where on the end the unit has sold and Mr sales man was not interested at all. I had valid points why I could not proceed the sale the way of issuing invoice to me from LambdaTek and this is very unusual rather to buy it directly from their website as it should be done, but Mr Joseph Thomas was still talking about that he cannot see any issues with it and I have 3 times asked him to call me. Now this is absolutely unprofessional behaviour from this company and this person has just wasted my time and on the end I lost the stock as well. I will never use this company again and will never recommended this company to anyone if this is their way how to do sales.

They supplied me with a faulty Gigabyte 6650 XT graphics card and they off the bat claimed it was not a fault, then I gave photographic evidence it was as both windows and AMD firmware claimed the card was indeed faulty. They then went on this tirade of threats informing me that if I gave them any negative reviews they were going to defend themselves even though it was them that was telling the porkies, then it took them 7 days to refund me. It's true, there's only a 1% industry return rate by faulty goods, but if they are selling 1000s of graphics cards a month that's at least 10-30 that will have a fault! They also never repaid the postage back to me £10.31 They claimed the reason it took a week to refund was that it's on a first come, first served basis, and they were a week behind, that's a lot of returns more than 1%. Then they told PayPal it was an unwanted item rather than a faulty item, I suspect they do this with all faulty returns to hide how many are returned as faulty goods and not alert payment providers they are selling large faulty components, which maybe considered by some as fraudulent behaviour. It is also detrimental to the customer if there are other such disputes with other suppliers, going forward! They seem to want to ignore customers concerns more than protecting their bad name on Trustpilot on the 1-star reviews section, who are all basically saying the same thing as detailed above. All in all very strange behaviour and I never asked for a refund I had actually asked for a replacement device, they then deleted my account without informing me and told me a refund was the only option and yes I am a system builder and yes it was a faulty device, they even failed in their own terms and conditions, they claim they test the goods themselves, but after only several days of ownership wanted to slope off the customers consumers rights by sending the goods back to Gigabyte, the question remains if they can do this for just a £294 order what would they be like if a much larger order was in the same situation would you trust them? Any company can only be truly judged on the return/replacement/refund process, and lambda-Tek was not very good at it.

Terrible service, UPS delivered to a completely random address and i spent weeks chasing for a redelivery or refund. Lambdatek tried to argue with me that it had been delivered to my neighbour multiple times, ignored requests for a refund and i had to instigate a chargeback with my credit card company before anything was done. Avoid!

1, Go to website where it says “read more here” regarding Queen’s Award, click it. It says they can use “the Queen’s Award Emblem in advertising, marketing & on packaging for a period of five years as a symbol of their quality & success” They got it in April 2015, we now Oct 2022, it expired 2.5 years ago, still on every page & on a flag outside the office. Award website also say its expired & they not allowed to use it. 2, Go to about us page they say "outstanding feedback left on various independent review sites” “Don't take our word for it, have a look yourself" I did, they say google is 4.5 out 5, google say 2.5 out 5 & reviews in names of staff e.g Joseph Thomas review, same name as manager & it has a picture which looks like him, not accusing, just saying. They say reviewcenter 95% good, reviewcenter say since 2016 only 8 review, 7 ofg them bad, Amazon they say 95% good, Amazon say 3.2 from 5 & only 57% good in last year. Review io 2.6 from 5. Trustpilot they say 9.1 out 10 Trustpilot say 4.5 from 5 & that don’t match other sites review stats, Trustpilot has warning saying poss compromised & bias reviews, just saying! 3, In “about us” it says they have 50,000 items, here they 80.000 product lines, Queen Award page it says 100,000. About us & award pages say they resellers, therefore have no stock, they sell other company's stock. I have confirmed they are resellers & no stock, Queens award website rues excludes resellers from applying. 4, Go 2 Terms & Conditions via link bottom any page & see “Internet Archive Wayback Machine” (google it) its been archiving T&C’s since 2014, year B4 award! T&C’s say u ae required 2 save a copy, its been set up so u & google can’t. Consumer Contract Relations Delivery of Key Info & Electronic Commerce Regulations say they must give T&C’s & other info e.g. info about returns & form u can use, In durable format after sale, AKA finalize deal. Email is fine. If they dont contract is illegal/unenforceable. U get a min 1 year + 14 day 2 return, @ LambdaTek cost, for full refund. Up to 6 years to make claim for full/part refund, wayback machine will help. LambdaTek have burden of proof information given, didn't give me any info & reviews here/elsewhere of people having problems with returns, when info & a return form must be provide so I assume they didn't get info either. 5, Can’t list every issue with T&C's, laws u need 2 look at are Consumer Contract Relations & Consumer Rights Act or phone the citizens advice, they will explain everything (I worked for them). 6 Complaint’s Policy found in T&C’s “images” section says “These terms of sale & the supply of the goods will be subject to English law & the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract, save that consumers resident in Scotland” Court Pre-Action Conduct Practice Directions rules controls what happens/when B4 court. E.G. Paragraph 3 “try to settle the issues without proceedings”, “consider a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)”, “reduce the costs of resolving”. Complaints procedure violates all three, forces u into expensive, stressful, time consuming court action! Paragraph 11 says “the parties may be required by the court to provide evidence that ADR has been considered. A party’s silence in response to an invitation to participate or a refusal to participate in ADR might be considered unreasonable by the court & could lead to the court ordering that party to pay additional court costs”. They ruled out ADR in 2014 (see archives), case law u can use for costs is Garritt-Critchley v Ronnan [2014]. Try anyway, courts expect it, only once, court expects no more. Send a letter of complaint via recorded post (not via email or phone). State issues & give evidence. State rules & expected outcome. Give reasonable time to reply, 14 days. Ask them to nominate ADR scheme if u not happy with reply. If they refuse to comply, as per 8 year old complaint policy, don’t waste more time, make a claim, tell courts why u had no choice, ask for costs win or lose. C.A.B give advice help make claim & report to Trading Standards. Note, Lambdatek, I can back up everything I say with independent evidence, screenshots etc & u know it. U cant flag reviews coz u don't them, if u don't like review like this, don’t give people reason to post them!

I will never forgive the owners of this company for what the did to me and the catalogue of very nasty problems they caused in my life, to try and force me to not only take full responsibility for their failings, failings that indisputable had nothing to do with me as proven in court, but also turn a massive profit at the same time as also proven in court, all at my expense again despite I had nothing to do with any of it. To date all the problems they caused me remain unacknowledged, unexplained, unaddressed, all complaints to try and get the issues resolved for me have been ignored/blocked and remain ignored/blocked. I’ve been left going through counseling and its had a massive impact on my health which they know as it was proven in court with evidence from my doctor, yet they never even said sorry for what they did to me and are false reporting my reviews to try and take them down to hide what they did. Mr and Mrs Felici, I will never forgive you two. I remind you the police did record a criminal complaint against both of you and be warned I’ve also talked to a much better solicitor now.

Awful experience. I highly do not recommend this place. The staff is not friendly and lying about the delivery times. Check for other stores, keep this as your last resort.

I phoned the sales number and asked whether they could get an HP part M17068-001 for a ZBook G8. The service manual says this is the part number for a "Service Cover". I placed the order on-line and the part arrived. I noticed on the box, before opening it, that I had been sent a "Top Cover" but with the same part number. I looked at the manual and guess what, the same part number is used for two different parts of the same computer! Clearly there is an error in the manual, so I requested a return from Lambda-Tek and the service agent told me they would not process the return as it was my fault. I have a £100 part that I do not need, in an unopened box. Lambda-Tek said they would do nothing to help resolve a problem despite this being a clear part number duplication in the HP documentation. My businesses had been using Lambda-Tek for years, but their attitude was far from a helpful customer service response. We'll never use them again. There are other companies that do the same as they do, and with much better customer care.

From Italy we bought a 2.5Gbps network switch but that goes a little faster than a 1Gbps one. We are trying to return the switch and get a refund but they are fooling us. I think shopping on LambdaTek is to be avoided

Heed the warnings and the reviews. Purchased a power supply from these guys which arrived on time in a cardboard box. Little did I know that once this box was opened there was no way to return it. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong item so now they won't let me return it. Seems very unfair as there is no warning or published policy. Worse thing is you have to open the box to make sure it is the right item and to get your delivery note /invoice. Will not be dealing with these guys again.

TO AVOID ... ! Product purchased on the .fr site. At the reception it turns out that you have to take out a subscription (not specified on the site). Refusal by Lambdatek toI return the product on the pretext that they are under English jurisdiction and not French. Don't go on that site !

Absolutely worst company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. Disgraceful customer service. Now using a national and international crisis to try to blame the customer for its poor (and extremely rude) customer service.

Ordered an ink cartridge. Wrong item was delivered. Refused to send correct item until wrong one was returned. Didn’t get the item that ordered, supposedly getting a refund (still waiting) So £7.40 down after correcting LambdaTek’s mistake and nothing to show for it!! LambdaTek, please get your house in order; this is an unacceptable way to do business.

Great prices come at a cost! Be aware, they ship used stuff, they will guarantee that all merchandise is factory new, but as you receive it, could be returned stuff, broken, they just dont care and they will put the blame on you. So finally cant get a refund or if you try to, will have to pay a restock-age fee of 10%. If you buy from them, keep in your mind, NO RETURNS, so make sure you order right, and then pray all you learned in school to receive brand new stuff.
