“Had some issues with delivery that weren't the fault of LampShop, who refunded delivery costs, and nicely prompt customer service response. Product very well packaged, will buy from them again in future.”

“Prompt delivery of 2 x LED tubes, and the after-sales customer service was excellent - They didn't work in my fittings, so I raised it in an email the next day. I was asked to provide some clarification on the type of fittings, which was then followed up with a phone call (from them to me) with very clear and knowledgeable advice, along with options for return/replacement or a simple re-wire. I tried the re-wire and it worked perfectly. so pleased with the result, my kitchen worktop is brightly lit once again!”

“Only dealt with The Company for two small purchases but these were lamps no one else was able to find and supply. The phone is answered really fast and the person who answers can deal with Your request - and does it really quickly too. Delivery was super fast. In future this will be My first stop for lamps and lighting.”
