“Title deeds and plan more than doubled in price recently.
And the covenants arent even on there.
It seem LR has become a money making enterprise. Now they are pushing me to purchase the conveyancing pack.

“My documents reffered to restrictive covenants, but did not describe them in any way. I only paid for this service, so I could find out what they were and who owns which fences, so am not particularly happy

“I asked for the documents to prove my ownership of freehold. I was then told that it best I purchased some other proof of ownership.
I paid approximately £70 and was sent 2 copies of the same documents. I should have not taken notice but felt that the Land Registry would know better. Instead it cost me more money for the same document.”

“We recently paid our mortgage and wanted a copy of our updated deeds, but the copy that came through still had the building society on it and not our names. When I contacted to ask if I could have the updated copy when it was done I was told I'd have to pay again. How will I know it's been done. I can't afford to keep paying £50 each time with the hope it will have been done!”
“I got the documents quickly like you said I would but you are crooks because I didn’t realise that the PROPER land registry only charge £7 for each document and you charged me a total of just under £50 which my husband was furious about. I realise now that you are just con artists who are lucky enough to come up first on Google and so you are probably very pleased with yourselves. No doubt you are very rich - which we aren’t as pensioners. I hope you sleep the sleep of innocents!!”
