“Very easy to do online , but also very expensive for something that should be free of charge. Also not sure about scare tactics advertising on YouTube . It’s a business not a service.”

“A telephone message to say a wait of 60mins possible if you want to speak to someone? That is appalling service. What business can operate like this. A charge of £49 for a pdf to be sent. Outrageous profiteering. Rubbish in every respect.”

“I was pleased with the first documents i purchased and was informed there was further documents at a price of 44 pounds and was dissapointed to get a map of the area .I felt this was false info for the price charged.Hence my score.”
