“Expensive, the information was outdated and so wrong, that information came fast, but wrong!, I paid more for a quick reply. The added information was not available and I didn't get an full refund. In the world of Ai one would expect tip top, correct and up to date details. A worthless exercise, which my solicitors insist they will have to chase up themselves due to the information I've given them. NOT ACCEPTABLE!”

“Requested Title deeds and paid my money, received within 48 hours - thank you
Then I received an email saying you had further docs that might be of interest and to pay another £25 to get them. As I didnt knnow what they were, but they may have been required, I had to buy them (another £25), I then received a map showing me the boundaires, a document, I already had in my posession.
Perhaps you should consider giving more information rather than seeking monies by desception!”
