“I was promised detailed information about matters such as boundary walls. All I got was a brief, uni formative note plus a sketchy drawing. No detail was supplied. Because I didn't get what was promised first time I tried another document. That was equally useless. So, having paid 2x £24 I had completely wasted my money. I would hope for a refund as, on two occasions, I didn't get what you promised!”
“I Was not expecting pdf files. but!!! arrived a couple of minutes after payment, Could really have issued them much cheaper, I did not like that they can only be requestede the one time.Quite expensive for what they were!”
