“Requested title deeds for our property and received them for a different property in a different place completely. Had to contact them,again by email, to receive the correct ones which arrived the following day. There was an apology but no explanation. - Not impressed.”

“Land registry response was good but there is a dispute regarding 67 Dale Road Matlock not being the correct plans and these were 65 Dale Road so in actual fact we did not receive the correct Land Registry plans. This has been reported to Gov.Uk and is now hopefully being followed up. We didn't actually receive the correct plans or were advised when we would receive what we paid for. Still under review”
