“The Land Registry UK returned an incomplete TR1 with the key pages blurred beyond recognition. When requested for clear copies they could not help. £87.00 wasted. Have to start again with Land Registry.gov.uk. If they were to be fair they would send a refund!”

“Three times more expensive than buying direct from the REAL Land Registry website. I didn't realise you weren't them. Your title on Land Registry is misleading since you are an independent company buying from them and passing it to the customer just a tap on the computer, which we can do ourselves if we hadn't been duped by your putting Land Registry UK above the Land Registry official website on the search engines on Google. Foul play. Sorry.”

We provide official copies of the title register and title plan as well as other conveyancing documents held via HM Land Registry. We do not claim or pretend to be the UK Government or HM Land Registry, this is displayed on our website and throughout our terms and conditions.
At the time of writing, as a general member of the public you are only able obtain a non-certified copy of the deeds directly with Gov.uk. In order to access certified, official copies, you are able to obtain these directly via post with Gov.uk, or via a 3rd party, such as ourselves.
The key difference between the 2 documents is that the certified copies are treated as evidence of ownership in court and in property transactions (e.g., buying/selling a house).
