“ Poor Poor customer service. Never got a straight answer. Ordered a tote bag on 12-12-24 it was suppose to ship between 12-26 and 12-31. We it still has not arrived. Called multiple times and they said they would do an express shipment to help out. Now in transit for 4 days. I called I did chat they were always saying a new story. Very long term customer, but this was the last ”
