It can take a while to get the hang of it which is frustrating but I'm glad to hear you're experiencing the right end results.
The one thing that really helped me with cuts in the beginning was making sure my skin was really warm. This makes the hair nice and soft but also prepares your skin better for shaving.
We're working on making some clearer guides to get the most from the razor. It might be a month or 6 weeks from completion but I'll send you one when we've got them 🙂.

“A complete waste of money. Tried the razor first time as per the instructions and had razor bumps all over my legs after it. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it again a few weeks later and I tried to be a lot more gentle with the razor. The same thing again and my legs were full of cuts. Didn’t even bother sending it back because it would cost me money at the post office to do so. The rose gold razor actually went rusty from getting wet in the shower. Would definitely not recommend to a friend.”
