It does require a slightly different technique when using but as our other reviews show, the results are generally very favourable when compared to other razors.
The most important thing above all else is to use absolutely no pressure. With cartridge razors, pressure is required to get in any way a close shave. With this razor, the weight will do the work for you. This is a key reason why our razor helps combat shaving rash whilst delivering a closer shave.
Another thing which is really important, as with any razor, is to make sure your skin is nice and warm before shaving. We always suggest a hot bath or warm shower before beginning to shave.

Just saw your review and wanted to explain why there has been such a delay.
We've had quite a few people contacting us over the past few days and it seems there's an issue within Royal Mail. We initially thought it was just delays due to increased shipping volumes combined with social distancing but it seems to be just deliveries in Northern Ireland that are affected.
Royal Mail have informed us over the weekend that there has been an IT error affecting deliveries from the week we sent your order which has meant your order and others placed during that week keep getting pushed to the back of the queue. I'm going to speak with them today and ask them to give us a timeframe for when orders will be delivered.
If they can't guarantee delivery this week, we will resend.
Hope this makes sense and I can assure you that we will get it resolved this week.

“A lot easier to use than I thought! Took a few strokes to really find my stride using it and it was a dream! A lot less knicks than I would have from a multi bladed razor and the single blade was able to give a close shave. Sorry to hear this.
I know it can take time to get used to as there's a different technique to master but generally, the feedback we've received has been very positive.
A couple of things that might help if you're willing to give it another go. No pressure at all is the most important thing. Literally none. We would always suggest a warm shower or a bath before shaving. We would say that with any razor but this basically prepares your skin and softens your hair before shaving. It's also really beneficial to exfoliate before shaving. It helps make the surface of your skin really smooth for the razor to glide over.

Thanks so much for your review.
We're working on providing more information with each razor. We've had a few different requests for info and we're going to work them all in to a booklet over the next few weeks. So really appreciate your comment on including how often to change the blades.
Generally, we advise people to change the blade every 4 to 7 shaves. Everyone is different but the more it's used the blunter it becomes. Once you get to that mark, it's generally time to change for most people.
Appreciate your suggestion on the case too. We're working on a cover at the minute and I will speak to our team about including a case in our product development.
