“Your service is bad, once again my package was delivered to another address, even though I left specific delivery instructions. I'm disabled and they let someone else sign for my package who they said was me and with different initials....I don't like your service and I will not ever recommend this service”

“These nasty people try to tell me they delivered my package, and sent me a picture of someone else's door.
When I explained someone again said they had proof. I saved their pictures and took my own of my door after Amazon delivered. They not just bad at their job or stealing hoping customers just get replacements and be quiet and prepared to lie on customers. Different doors mines need painting where whoever they gave my packages too, doesn't. Lairs thrives, very dishonest company, it's everytime and those packages I finally got after I told Amazon don't use them for any of my packages and they noted my account and they delivered.”
“I paid to have my package delivered to my apartment, but the driver was too lazy too find it so he just left it in an unsecure and unattended entrance to the apartment building. As a result it was stolen by an unknown person. He didn't even try to call my apartment to get buzzed in,. I guess it was to much of an effort for him to look above where he dropped my package and see my name and address in the directory. I was home and it could of been delivered if the driver would of taken a fraction of a minute and shown some initiative. UPS and FEDEX have nothing to worry about these guys cutting into their market”

My package claimed to have been delivered yesterday and left at my door, yet up to now I have not received my package. I was at home, allll day yesterday when my package was supposed to have been delivered and also it was raining all day so I would not have gone out. No one came and knock on my door, there was no package delivered. I have been trying to contact this shipping company all day and to no avail. “This is the 2nd time my delivery was claimed to have been attempted while I was home. The LASERSHIP then extorts further details for your location and personal information. Then the next day the package is claimed to be "DAMAGED" and returned to sender. This is a POOR SERVICE THAT IS EXTORTING PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH NO DELIVERY.”

The package tracking number shows delivery on a Saturday afternoon.
Weird because they ship only (according to their website)…….. LaserShip delivers packages to residences Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time zone.
I contacted Adidas about the issue and let’s just say, I will not be ordering off their website again.”

“Not only did LaserShip claim it “delivered” my fashion nova package yesterday at 3:58pm, it also claims the package was “left with person” and then FAKE SIGNED A SIGNATURE on the delivery confirmation!!!!!! Yet, our ring camera/video surveillance shows that NO ONE was home, and NO ONE from LaserShip or anywhere even attempted to deliver anything, and certainly nothing was “left with person”. Indeed, there is NO activity or Motion on the ring camera for hours before and hours after the claimed 3:58pm delivery. LaserShip said it would investigate yet wouldn’t take my video proof. 3 mins later it sent an email saying it completed its investigation and there was nothing it would do. Told me to contact the seller. What investigation did you possibly do in 3 minutes???? Without the video proof. Without a signature check. Nothing. Then, Fashion nova told me there was nothing it would do since the package is marked as delivered. Fashion nova told me to contact laser ship. Sellers need to hold their delivery carriers accountable, and this company needs to have a class action lawsuit filed against it and the carriers who continue to use them.”

I call LaserShip at 4:20 pm to let them know that I didn't receive my package and they said they are going to do an investigation. They posted a picture with a box at a BLACK DOOR but my DOOR is RED. These ppl are a bunch of criminals..Avoid using this shipping company pls..”
“These ppl are criminals. I've been sitting outside my door checking my delivery status from 3pm. My order mark delivered at 4:14pm and no one showed up at my door. I quickly called Lasership at 4:16 pm to tell them. I know that Crocs will replace my items but bottom line is ,this delivery company have some criminals working for them.”
“This is about the fifth or sixth time I have had an issue with LaserShip. This company is the absolute worst. I order regularly from Nespresso, and why they continue to use this company is beyond me. They are just horrible! They have delivered packages to my address numerous times, twice, I believe they were outright stolen by employees. My package would say it was delivered, yet as every other reviewer has said, it’s not at my door. Shocker! My latest delivery, again they have delivered to my address before without issue, yet this time they needed me to verify my address, which I did. You found it before idiots, now you can’t find it???
