We wish to apologise for again for having to cancel the Fire Marshall course in February. Unfortunately with open courses as in this case, if there is only 1 person booked on the course (yourself) it becomes unviable for the course to run, not only as a business but also for the student. The delegate should have the full experience of the course which includes group participation involving simulation of a Fire breakout, practise and theory. Our first priority is not to disadvantage the learner so it was with this in mind that lead to our making the decision to not let the course go ahead. If you would like to contact us we would be happy to make amends for the inconvenience caused at that time.

Overall I had a good experience at Le Breton and I have only 2 minor issues.
(1) We were not told how long it would take to receive our certificates
(2) Because I am quite tall I noticed there was quite a build up of dirt on top of the
vending machines in the dining area.

Hi Graham, thank you so much for your comments. I'm sorry you were not informed of how long the certificates take. As these are issued by the Awarding body we are only able to provide approximations in any case but we will use this information to improve our service. The training experience here is second to none, Lunch and coffee is included in the course price as is parking. While the car park is small here, Le Breton has considered their clients needs and provide passes for free parking at the adjacent superstore.

“I did a First Aid at Work 2 day refresher with Le Breton Training in March 2014. The trainer had excellent subject knowledge and practical experience. The centre was easy to find and staff very helpful on arrival. Tea and coffee were provided so was Lunch every day. Overall a very enjoyable course which was value for the money.”
