Thank you for your comments, we were concerned to hear this and I hope I am able to offer an explanation. Regarding the results we wish to stress that as soon as the paperwork is given to us by the Trainer following the completion of the course they are emailed through to CITB (Construction Industry Training Board). We are assured that the results are then added to their database and a trigger is in place for all Site Safety Awareness courses to be activated as quickly as possible as they are more times than not linked to the application of a CSCS card. We can only assume that the sheer volume of applications is perhaps a reason for delays.
