“Ich habe 6 identische Lampen bestellt, alle wurden, anders als in der Produktbeschreibung abgebildet, mit fehlerhaftem Zubehör geliefert - nicht konforme Kabel für den Netzanschluss in Deutschland.
Die Reklamationsbearbeitung dauert ewig, oft wartet man Tage auf eine Antwort. Es wird sich mit dem Kunden herumgestritten, obwohl ich die Expertise eines Fachmanns hatte, wonach die Lampen so nicht im gewerblichen Bereich in Deutschland in Betrieb genommen werden dürfen.
Nach Monaten des Hin und Her's bekam ich dann das Angebot eines 40%igen Nachlasses, auf den Kaufpreis, allerdings als Warengutschrift. Da ich dort, nach meinen schlechten Erfahrungen, nichts mehr bestellen wollte, wäre mir eine Gutschrift auf's Konto lieber gewesen, welche jedoch abgelehnt wurde. Um das Elend endlich zu beenden, stimmte ich dann zähneknirschend zu und bekam... eine 40% Gutschrift vom Preis EINER Lampe. Auf meine Nachfrage hin, was das soll, weil ich ja 6 Lampen gekauft hatte, wurde mir geantwortet, ich bräuchte ja nur ein Kabel für den Anschluss der Lampen, die anderen könne man durchschleifen! Übrigens sind die Anschlüsse properitär, es gibt keine passenden Netzkabel dafür zu kaufen.
Fazit: Hier wird offensichtlich billigste Ware aus Fernost verkauft, welche in Deutschland nicht vertrieben werden dürfte, weil nicht DIN- und VDE-konform. Ich habe noch nie einen schlechteren Kundenservice erlebt, dessen einzige Aufgabe darin zu bestehen scheint, Serviceanfragen und berechtigte Reklamationen abzuwiegeln und die Kunden mit wochenlangen Bearbeitungszeiten zu zermürben. Wenn man Glück hat, bekommt man fehlerfreie Ware und hat keinen Grund, den 'Kundenservice' in Anspruch zu nehmen. Leider kann man sich nicht mal auf die Produktabbildungen/Beschreibung des Artikels verlassen.”
“The store is not reliable. In case of a return, they request to send the order back to Spain ( I have purchased the lamps in Poland). The store realizes that costs of international shipment will be in many cases higher then a cost of a purchased lamp.

“I purchased six led lamps 3 of which failed. Ledkia put so many 'obstacles' and conditions, it makes it impossible, certainly in my case, to get replacements or any refund. My advice .. You have offered a credit which would enable me to buy a replacement but only if I pay an exhorbitant delivery charge which is greatly in excess of the price of the replacement item. “I purchased 4 numbers of spotlight. One of them was touched up and painted with different colour of white. And the paint was gone when I touched it. I asked for return and due to policy update I was told I need to wait a while. After 2 weeks I messaged them by using chat on the website and I was told there is an update on my case and someone will be in touch asap. In 1 hour I received and email saying I have to arrange a delivery for return costs covered by me. Now I am sending emails to them for return costs to be paid by them not me.
They told me that any damage or fault never finalized with refund. They always repair or renew the damaged product.
When I first saw the website, it seems professional to me and did not hesitate to buy products. However now I can recommend others not to purchase any product from these guys. It feels I am scammed.”
“Terrible. Bought a lamp à 61 euro, and returned it immediately. It was cheap looking and ugly, not like the photo.
After weeks they only returned 15 euro.... It seemed I had to pay for two expensive shippings, which left me with 16 euro only. This was absolute the first and last time I order at Ledkia. Stunning service.”

6 bulbs out of a 24 bulb order were wired incorrectly (some move from warm to cold while the others move from cold to warm) and one driver has blown after testing 3 times. They are attempting to refuse a warranty refund as I opened one of the 6 bulb units to confirm incorrect wiring.
Avoid at all costs unless faulty wiring and house fires are your thing.”

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their products are cheap Chinese lights, very poor quality. Slow or no response from customer service at all. And if you want to return anything, they say you cannot because it is your own fault. Total waste of my money and time. I am gonna submit a dispute with Paypal to get my money back.”
“Not happy at all! Our order came to 19,80 €. Ledkia added 9,08 € shipment costs. This was not mentioned when placing the order.
We where informed by Ledkia upon requesting the return of the order that we again would be charged with 10,60 € for shipment. Mind you, we are talking 19,68 € for shipping and returning an item with a value of 19,80€. We truly feel cheated by Ledkia, their buisnes ethics are far from honest.”

“I wouldn’t order from this company if it was the last on earth. Ordered lights over 3 months ago, and was constantly lied to about delivery times. In the end I asked for my money back and was totally ignored. Countless calls and emails with no response. They just want your money and I’m convinced they don’t even have any lights to send out. Only ordered on their website as it said 5 working days for delivery, but after speaking with them they confirmed that was not the case. Even checked weeks after ordering and still said the same delivery time which is a lie, plain and simple. Now asked for a refund on my items and they have ignored my requests and not answered my emails about getting my money back.
