“I was helped to purchase 2 chairs by Karen Thomas of Furniture Department. She ent out of her way to take things to the daylight so that I could see an accurate colour. She put me at my ease and did not rush me into making a decision. Thank you Karen”

“Had fantastic customer service at Llantrisant today from Elliot. He was calm, informative, very helpful and polite - not at all pushy like the salesperson style we've seen at other stores. We look forward to receiving our furniture and will definitely revisit the store. Diolch yn fawr :)”

“We were looking for a two-seater recliner sofa. The furniture was well laid out and we were quickly taken in hand by Karen Thomas at the Llantrisant store. She was pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. At no time did she pressure or hurry us. As a result of her expert attention we have found the sofa we want and look forward to its delivery in 12 weeks time. We are sure she is a very valued member of staff. Geoffrey and Alison Curtis”

“My husband and I have returned to Leekes, specifically to Karen Thomas on each occasion, as she had been extremely attentive and accommodating. On our most recent visit Karen went above and beyond to source a sofa (Casa Rimini) that had been discontinued, but due to the quality and comfort of the item, it’s the third time we’ve purchased it (in a different colour and shape for various rooms). In comparison to other sofa retailers, Leekes is just as competitive on pricing, but far superior in the quality of furniture. I would highly recommend them, and Karen in particular. Many thanks : )”

“Recently purchased a gorgeous sofa from leekes . The sales assistant KAREN THOMAS was an absolute star. She was very attentive, listened to our requirements and gave great advice. There was absolutely no "hard sell" like when you go to other stores. We would definitely recommend going to visit this lady if you require any furniture. A huge thank you .”

“My wife and I recently bought furnature from the store in Pontyclun. We were dealt with by a salesman named Leighton. You are to be congratulated on having.a man of his expertise.Nothing was to much trouble for him, and he looked after us expertly. So much so that we bought the furnature We wish Leighton all the very best in the future and thank him very mutch.”

“Arrived on a cold winters day to look for a new 3-piece suite. What a range! We were approached by a lovely sales lady called Karen Thomas who helped us through the maze of offers and gave us a blinding deal on a fantastic Himolla electric reclining suite. She left us alone to think about it and did not hassle us as we had experienced in other retailers and even went to convince her manager to give us a great deal. Well done Karen!”

“My husband and myself, visited leekes on Saturday 11th November 2017 Where we browsed around the store looking for a new suite. When we eventually found one, Shelly was there to guide us nothing was to much trouble for her as I had a lot of questions. Shelly was so knowledgable and answered all my questions. we went on to purchase the suite. thank you once again Shelly from one happy customer.”

“Made an appointment recently with Bev Berry the Interior design consultant to choose lounge curtains. Bev is a very professional and friendly person who helped us with our choice of material and rail and it was a pleasure to be served by someone so knowledgeable. She even makes a good cup of tea. “Today I returned to Leeks at Cowbridge Road, Pontyclun. There I was served by Julie Monaghan. her sales person number is 144901. In the soft furnishing / home textiles dept. This lady was a great help to me in finding the right curtains I wanted.. She was very pleasant and went out of her way to help, can't thank her enough. More shops should have staff like this!”
